背景:台灣的醫療院診林立,使得醫療市場的競爭日趨激烈,牙齒的保健與民眾的生活息息相關。研究目的:本研究是探討民眾對於牙科醫療院所的就醫滿意度,研究對象設定為某佛教團體成員,我們可以了解牙科門診病人對於醫療院所諸多服務中,最滿意及最迫切需要改進的是甚麼,現況是否達到民眾的期許,提升牙科醫療服務的品質及服務滿意度。研究方法:本研究採橫斷式研究,不計名的Likert五分法問卷調查,SPSS 19.0。結果:發出300份問卷,回收234份有效問卷。男性30.34%,女性69.66%。葷食者32.05%,全素者26.92%,奶蛋素者21.79%,健康素者19.23%。醫學中心14.10%,區域/地區醫院20.09%,診所65.81%。結論:整體而言,在問卷的四個項目中,以候診時間的平均滿意度為最低。這項調查顯示民眾對於候診時間過長普遍性不滿。此外,民眾選擇牙醫院所的考量因素前五項依序為:醫術高明、醫療設備佳、服務態度好、就醫時間方便、環境乾淨。民眾沒有定期看牙醫的因素前三項依序為:害怕疼痛、怕麻煩、沒時間。36.75%受試者不舒服才去看牙醫,24.36%偶爾去看牙醫,只有23.07%是定期看牙醫,故如何透過衛教或其它方法,讓民眾勇於定期做檢查,且讓民眾更便利就醫,是牙醫界努力的方向。
Background : There are many medical hospitals in Taiwan. Dental health is closely related with people's lives. Objectives: This study was to investigate the public medical institutions for medical treatment for dental satisfaction. The subjects were members of a Buddhism group. We can realize what the most satisfactory and most urgent need of improvement are in a lot of dental outpatient services from medical institutions. Whether the status fit in the people's expectations or not. Improve dental healthcare services quality and service satisfaction. Methods: This survey was a cross-sectional study using a anonymous questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale and SPSS 19.0. Results: 300 questionnaires were sent, recycling 234 valid questionnaires. 30.34% male, 69.66% female. 32.05% non-vegetarian, 26.92% vegetarian, 21.79% Ovo-Lacto Vegetarian, 19.23% health vegetarian. The medical center 14.10%, local community hospital 20.09%, clinic 65.81%. Conclusion: Overall, the four items in the questionnaire, the average satisfaction of waiting time is the lowest. The survey shows that the the universality dissatisfaction of the people for long waiting times. Furthermore, the top five considerations of people choosing dental clinic were: the brilliant medical skill, the skillful medical equipment, good service attitude, convenient medical treatment time, and clean environment. The top three factors of people do not want to visit dentist regularly were: fear of pain, afraid trouble, have no time. There are 36.75% of the subjects was "uncomfortable before going to the dentist", 24.36% "occasionally going to the dentist", only 23.07% "going to the dentist regularly". How through health education or other methods so that people dare to regular dental checkups and to allow people more convenient medical treatment is the dental community efforts.
