學校護理師的職場經驗探究

摘要


摘 要 本研究蒐集七名高雄市立中小學學校護理師的訪談資料,發展出對「校護」職場勞動經驗的分析,探究性別與身處校園的護理師身份;如何交叉影響職場的處境。希冀透過她們所呈現的工作經驗,看見她們的困境與限制時,同時凸顯她們的能動性與生存策略。綜合分析訪談所得之資料,本研究歸納出以下幾點研究發現。 首先,傳統社會對女性角色的期待,影響她們選擇了「學校護理」這份工作。而「校護」「專業工作」的內涵、人際的互動與在學校組織結構的位置以及學生家長對護理人員的想像與期待,都有其特殊性,值得深入探討。 其次「校護」的工作是一項壓力沉重的工作,包含工作時間被瑣碎事務分割,一人分飾多角的緊湊時間安排,以及學生數過量的負荷,造成她們因壓力而傷身,甚至出現腸胃系統的疾病等。本研究從「校護」的立場出發去探討身體勞動與情緒勞動經驗,發現她們以正向思考模式、尋求橫向連結和資深「校護」姐妹的協助等方式,克服困境、達成工作目標。 I

Abstract In this study, the researcher collects interviews data of seven school nurses to analyze their work experience in schools. Key words: school nurses, gender roles, physical labor,emotional labor. The research findings are summarized in the following points. Firstof all, the traditional gender rolesin society affecttheir career choice to be a nursing school. Focusing on the school nurses’ work, it is worthwhile exploring in terms of gender perspective on the "professional" work content, interpersonal interactional relations and the structural position in schools, etc. Secondly, It is stressful to be a school nurse.They have been troubled by many factors, including the problem that working time is divided for trivial matters. One school nurse must play many roles and have compact schedule. They have also been suffered by pain and diseases. Besides, the emotional labor has become a work burden for them. However, the researcher finds that these school nurses would find ways to overcome all obstacles and they help each other to reach their work goal. II
