創造性舞蹈教學實施於家庭照顧者之行動研究-以失智症家庭照顧者為例

摘要


研究者採取行動研究的方式,以立意取樣七位失智症家庭照顧者為研究參與者,透過訪談、行動介入教學、觀察、行動日誌等方式進行資料蒐集及分析。 本研究得到以下四方面的結論。 在實施於失智症家庭照顧者之創造性舞蹈課程設計原則方面:1需有充裕性的動作探索的時間、2多樣性的課程活動設計,可使學員從各式學習活動與生活經驗結合、3階段性課程回顧,讓身體動作經驗能有所深化與延伸、4層次性引導,動作探索由小而大,內在探索由外而內。 失智症家庭照顧者的創造性舞蹈教學策略方面:1應變能力及變通性、2細微的觀察後給予學員刺激與回饋、3重複性能夠加深學習經驗與印象、4音樂與動作的連結,可深化動作內涵、5善用情境及語詞來幫助意象的引導、6歸納與統整學員的分享與討論。 失智症家庭照顧者參與創造性舞蹈課程之行動歷程方面:1學員對自我的時間、身體動作、空間感、關係互動及勁力的運用上有了不同面向的認識、2以身體動作表達取代語言表達之後,能更深入地探索內在、3創造性舞蹈課程參與,讓學員對運動改觀、4生活化的主題,可以連結生命經驗,容易激發創意、5身心對話讓情緒得到宣洩的出口。 創造性舞蹈課程對失智症家庭照顧者的幫助方面:1呼吸放鬆技巧幫助學員紓解身心壓力、2動作探索能幫助學員身體的放鬆及提高柔軟度、3舞動與身體放鬆能幫助改善睡眠問題、4律動、呼吸及分享能幫助情緒的抒發、5創造性舞蹈課程能幫助學員改善照顧品質及持續度。 最後,根據研究結果,提出對實施於失智症家庭照顧者之創造性舞蹈教學者、對相關單位與機構的建議和對未來研究之建議,以提供後續課程規劃及研究之參考。

This paper adopts purposeful sampling approach, taking seven practitioners of dementia family caregivers as subjects in the studies. By means of interviews, interventions teaching program, observations and action logs, data are collected for analysis. The researcher reached the following conclusions, focusing on the four main scopes as stated below: The design principles of creative dance courses for the dementia family caregivers: 1. Sufficient time is required for movement explorations. 2. Diversity in designing course programs to allow participants to combine their varied learning activities and life experience. 3. Progressive course reviews to reach a deeper and extended development of body movements. 4. Levelled guidance: from small to large movement explorations and outer to inner internal explorations. The teaching strategies of the creative dance for dementia family caregivers: 1. Equipped with capabilities and flexibilities in dealing with contingencies. 2. Provision of stimulation and feedback to participants after subtle observations. 3. Repetitiveness to reinforce the learning experience and impressions. 4. The connection between music and movements to enrich the connotations in movements. 5. Well use of the scenarios and language to help the guidance of imagery. 6. Ability to summarize and integrate the sharing and discussion among participants. The process of action research for dementia family caregivers participating in creative dance course: 1. Participants have acquired different perspectives in understanding their Time, Body, Space, Relationship, and Efforts. 2. Demonstration of more in-depth internal explorations after the replacements of bodily movements with verbalized expressions. 3. Changes of the participants’ perspectives of exercises. 4. Life-related themes enable association with life/ personal experiences and easier initiation of creativity. 5. Manipulation of inner communication derives from explorations and expression of inner emotions through dancing. The benefits of creative dance course to dementia caregivers: 1. Relaxation techniques in breathing help alleviate the participants‘ mental and physical stresses. 2. Movement explorations can help participants to release physically and increase physical suppleness. 3. Dance movements and physical relaxation can improve sleeping problem. 4. Rhythm, breathing and sharing can help release emotions. 5. Help participants to attain care quality improvement and consistency. Finally, the findings in this paper can be served as future references for entities such as creative dance teachers for practitioners of dementia family caregivers, relevant units and organizations, and concerned researchers’ future studies on subjects pertaining to the planning and studies of the follow-up courses.
