父親教練栽培兒子選手之訓練歷程研究-以柯志明與柯秉逸父子為例

The Research of the Son Athlete’s Training Experience Executed by His Coach Dad -- The Case Study of Chi-Ming Ko and Ping-Yi Ko

摘要


本研究旨在探索父親教練栽培兒子選手之訓練歷程,透過個案研究的方式,了解撞球教練柯志明與其兒子選手柯秉逸之訓練歷程,以及父親教練之訓練哲學與兒子運動生涯之障礙,藉以呈現家庭式的撞球啟蒙教育對於優秀運動人才之重大影響,幫助國人對於撞球運動有更深層的認識與了解。本研究於2013年1月至2月期間,針對兒子選手及其父親進行多次半結構式深度訪談,請受訪者回溯各個階段訓練情形,發表個人看法與經驗,探討父與子、教練與選手的訓練模式與歷程,研究結果顯示:一、在父親教練之發展歷程中,最重要的是教練之嚴厲的領導管理行為。二、在兒子選手之訓練歷程中,以啟蒙發掘階段的基礎訓練與體能訓練最為重要。三、教練之訓練哲學除了培養選手人格發展外,還包括球技為重課業為輔、基礎訓練、體能訓練及權威式領導風格。四、選手運動生涯之障礙包括外語能力不足、心理素質待強化及人際關係的改變。根據上述研究結果,本研究提出以下結論:一、區域訓練資源分配不均,家長因而投入訓練。二、選手的語文及學業有待進一步提升。三、成功選手訓練的關鍵因素,包含基礎、體能及心理三種訓練。四、父親教練的權威領導風格雖落實訓練計劃,但影響兒子的人際關係。此外,在父子親情與運動訓練間有其衝突性,建議未來可深入研究。

This study aimed to investigate how a coach dad training his own son. Through case study, the researcher explored how the coach dad, Chi-Ming Ko, trained his son, Ping-Yi Ko, into a professional billiard athlete. Also, the training philosophy of the coach dad and the career barriers of the athlete son were also explored. The impact of family-style training on a professional player was discussed in this study, so as to help people further understand the world of professional billiard. For data collection, semi-structured in depth interviews were conducted on the athlete son and coach dad during January and February 2013. The interviewees were asked to recall different stages of the training, and to give comments on their experiences of the training. The results: 1.During the formation stage of the coach dad, the most critical factor was the strict leadership. 2.During the training stage of athlete son, the most important of all was the basic training and physical training. 3.The coach dad's training philosophy included developing athlete's character, sports first while academy second, emphasizing basic training and physical training, as well as authoritative leadership style. 4.The athlete son's career barriers included lacking language skills, psychological incompetence, and weak interpersonal skills. Conclusions: 1.Due to uneven distribution of resources, the parents had to conduct their son’s training on their own. 2.The athlete’s language skills and academy was in need of improvements. 3.Key factors of a successful athlete included basic training, physical training and psychological training. 4.Although the coach dad's authoritative leadership style played an important role in training, it imposed a deep impact on the son's interpersonal skills. The conflicts between coach dad and athlete son were recommended to further explore in future study.
