天象時空資訊的管理哲學研究

天象時空資訊學係研究宇宙天地間各種大自然生態磁場變化所產生的影響及因果關係，其在管理工作上，對管理者或領導人提供【非經濟因素】的變化對大環境與整體社會的影響，使企業經營者或管理人員能有充份的資訊研判未來的變化與危機，例如出現月暈就可以斷定未來七日內必定下雨，否則必有大水災，如果企業的業務工作和雨水有關，不論正相關或負相關，對於月暈的天象訊息就不能不注意，當然天象的變化並非只有月暈而已，其變化之多可以由觀風象、觀雲雨象、觀日月星辰、觀雷電象、觀大地山川草木象、觀蟲鳥、飛禽走獸象、觀時局民心•••等的變化，來了解未來大環境的沖擊和影響，經營者如何應對該變化以減少企業的損失，並藉此佔有市場，是經營管理者必要研究了解的課題。天象時空資訊學可以預測未來氣候的變化，還可以預知風雨、水災、旱災、土石流、盜匪、君王、國運、天災、人禍、戰爭、病毒、瘟疫、經濟景氣、房地產的變化•••等，這就是為什麼古代君王都要找懂天文、知地理、會算命、擅長兵法（即懂管理）的人當軍師的緣故了。例如周文王有姜子牙、項羽有范增，劉邦有張良，劉備有諸葛亮，朱元璋有劉伯溫，•••等等。

The purpose of Celestial phenomenon on space and time study is to understand the influence and the causal relation among all kind of nature ecology magnetic field changes in the universe.
