現在的社會裡,人們除了透過服裝來美化自己以外,還利用髮型化妝和配件來裝扮自己,新娘秘書通常都是一個人或兩個人經營,由於進入門檻低,造成競爭異常劇烈。在台灣已有許多人投入新娘秘書的工作可說是非常夯的事業,而新娘秘書就是讓新娘子享受有如明星般的造型貼心服務,讓每位新娘都能成為婚禮中最美麗幸福的新娘是我的使命。也因為新娘秘書的產生,使得婚禮的權責區分的更細膩,也使婚禮更加完美。因應社會現在競爭激烈,新娘秘書為了能在變動的環境中求生存,必須要有一套專業的新思維,在造型上也要不斷的創新,新娘秘書不僅要負責造型服務,全方位的貼心服務才能留住新人的腳步。 本研究要探討如何使新娘秘書經營更加多元化,並對於「服務創新」更加注重,也能喚起社會各界對新娘秘書業的重視。 服務創新為當前服務業急於涉入的一個新興領域,特別是以服務為導向的國際觀光旅館業,但服務創新應用在旅館業之研究,此新興議題仍付之闕如。研究結果顯示,新娘秘書業服務創新以「服務流程之新穎度」中的「服務」最為重要;「服務修正」中以「再定位」最為重要;「服務對市場之新穎度」中以「對市場是新的」最為重要;「服務對顧客之新穎度」以「對顧客是新的」最為重要。 關鍵字:新娘秘書、整體造型、服務創新
In modern society, despite clothing, human beings also dress up themselves through hairstyle, make-up and accessories. Wedding planners are usually lower than two people, and that forms a harsh competition out of its low entry barrier. In Taiwan, bride assistant is a booming job, whose duty is to provide the styling service for the bride, and make them feel like superstar, the most beautiful one in the wedding of happiness. The emergence of bride assistant made the duties in a wedding more delicate and perfect. With the competitive environment, a bride assistant should be more than providing styling service, but an innovative and all-aspects services with professional mindset. This research is to discuss how to manage a diversified bride assistant career focused on “service innovation”, and also to arouse more social awareness of such industry. Service innovation is an emerging field for service industry to emphasize, especially for service-oriented international tourism industry. However, few researches mentioned the application of service innovation to tourism industry. For the bride assistant industry, “service” is the most important factor in “novelty in service process”, “repositioning” is the most important factor in “service revision”, “new in the market” is the most important factor in “novelty of service in the market” and “new to the customer” is the most important factor in “novelty of service to customer.”
