台灣製造業競爭力實證研究

本研究旨在探討台灣製造業競爭力實證研究，茲將研究對象區分為群，第一群為能夠針對研究主題進行深入的論述，並作為台灣製造業的意見代表，並且建構台灣製造業競爭力實證研究模式中各個關鍵因素，促使關鍵因素模式能真正符合業界需求；近年來，政府逐漸開放大陸資本赴台投資，以促進兩岸發展。因此，第二群則以對接亮點與模式為主，藉以探討台灣製造業的衝擊性；第三群則以問卷調查為主，藉以判定台灣製造業關鍵成功因素模式中各個關鍵因素之相對權重。綜合本研究之文獻分析法以及層級分析法實證，最後根據實證結果提出四項研究命題：（1）強化自有品牌(OBM)，提升國際競爭力；（2）建構台灣製造業之產業鏈，促進產值快速成長；（3）積極推動創新性產品，促進台灣製造業永續經營；（4）積極推動產業垂直整合。關鍵詞：層級分析法、台灣製造業、競爭力、機械電子學、鑽石模式

This research mainly discussed the empirical data of competency of manufacturing industry in Taiwan. The research samples were divided into three groups: The first group contained the opinion representatives from manufacturers in Taiwan, which were used to conduct deep discussion on the research theme, and build the key factors in empirical research model for manufacturers in Taiwan meeting with the industrial demand. As for the second group, since the government opened up the China investment in recent years for development, this group was to discuss the impact on Taiwan manufacturers through highlight sites. The third group was focused on questionnaire survey, to judge the relative weights of each key successful factor for Taiwan manufacturing industry. Comprehensively viewing the empirical results from literature reviews and AHP (analytic hierarchy process), four research propositions were introduced: (1) Enhance OBM (Own Branding & Manufacturing) and improve international competency; (2) construct the industrial chain in Taiwan manufacturing industry, to facilitate the rapid growth of product value; (3) aggressively promote innovative products, and facilitate the on-going operation in Taiwan manufacturing industry and (4) aggressively promote the vertical industrial integration.
