以不同採樣策略進行工作者噪音暴露評估

Noise Exposure Assessment by Using Different Sampling Strategies for Workers

摘要


根據我國『作業環境監測實施辦法』規定,對於噪音作業場所至少需每六個月進行一次單日噪音測定。惟作業環境噪音受到當日產能影響,作業者噪音暴露劑量視當天工作性質而有所差異,因此每六個月進行一次噪音暴露測定代表性有待商榷。本研究尋找三家不同型態之工廠進行採樣,利用CEL 350噪音劑量計以及CEL 120/1標準音源,藉由(1)每個月進行一次單日完整暴露測定,以及(2)每三個月進行一次連續五日之完整暴露測定之不同採樣策略方式,評估工作者噪音暴露劑量。同時記錄工廠每個月的產能及近三年內之噪音作業環境監測資料,比較並探討不同採樣策略與法定方式監測結果之差異。結果發現本研究規劃之採樣方式與法定每六個月測定結果相較之下,工作者八小時日時量平均(TWA)有顯著差異。此外,兩種採樣策略皆可完整呈現其該段時間內噪音平均暴露,對於工作者噪音暴露較具代表性。本研究之成果可提供實務上噪音暴露準確評估,乃至於聽力保護計畫後續相關措施之基礎。

The noise exposure to worker is required to evaluate twice a year which is conducted for one day measurement according to the related regulation of workplace monitoring in Taiwan. The worker exposure dose is not typical due to the various daily production and combination of working procedure. Therefore, the exposure dose determined by only one day measurement within six months is doubtful. In this study, noise dosimeter (CEL 350) and acoustic calibrator (CEL 120/1) were used to investigate the worker noise exposure dose in three different workplaces. Two types of sampling strategies, one day monthly measurement and five consecutive days quarterly measurement in one year, were adopted for the noise dose comparison with that followed by the regulation request. The monthly productions of three factories were also recorded. The results obtained from two sampling strategies showed significant difference in time weighted average (TWA) compared to statutory one day measurement. In addition, it was found that the measurement obtained by using two sampling strategies proposed in this study is more representative of worker exposure dose. The results from two strategies apparently show actual state of noise exposure for workers. The findings in this study provide the accurate noise exposure assessment, as well as the basis of sequential action in hearing conservation program.
