台南市高中教師生涯專業發展之研究

摘要


本研究以 305 名台南市高中教師為對象,以了解高中教師的生涯發展 與專業成長,進而探討影響教師生涯發展的情境因素,並分析教師生涯發 展的各因素間如何互動,以建構教師於教學現場中的行動,以作為教師自 我了解及政府相關單位決策規劃教師專業發展制度的參考依據,期形成終 生發展的教育培育制度。 詳細言之,本研究的目的如下: 一、了解台南市高中教師的生涯發展現況。 二、探討台南市高中教師生涯發展的影響因素。 三、建構高中教師生涯發展模式與理論架構。 四、依據研究結果,提出規劃高中教師生涯專業發展的建議。 本研究結果如下: (一)男性、年資 11~20 年、研究所學歷的高中教師在生涯專業發展的現況 較佳。 (二)高中教師的生涯專業發展可劃分為五個時期 1.適應探索。2.學習成長。3.專業成熟。4.穩定停滯。5.挫折衰退。 (三)教師的個人志趣、行政管理和學校氣氛均影響教師生涯的專業發展 關鍵字:教師生涯、專業發展

Abstract This research aims to understand senior high school teachers’ career development and professional growth by studying 305 senior high school teachers in Tainan. Not only does it discuss the factors influencing teachers’ career development, but it also analyzes how those factors interact with each other. Moreover, it can construct teaching in real situations, and serve as teachers’ self- awareness. In addition, it can also be regarded as the reference to the decisions-making of teachers’ professional growth for our Government and related organizations in order to build up the system of lifelong education training. Specifically, there are four main purposes:Firstly, try to understand circumstances of senior high school teachers’ career development in Tainan. Secondly, discuss key factors which influence senior high school teachers in Tainan. Thirdly, construct the patterns and frameworks of senior high school teachers’ career development. Fourthly, in accordance with this research, propose and plan for senior high school teachers’ career professional development. The significances are as following: 1. Any male teacher, whose seniority is from eleven to twenty years, and who also get a MA degree, has a better career plan and professional development. 2. Senior high school teachers’ career professional development can be divided into five stages: a. Adaptation and exploration. b. Learning and growth. c. Profession and maturity. d. Stability and stagnation. e. Setback and decline 3. Teachers’ personal interests, administrative management and school atmosphere will affect their career professional development.
