外籍新娘識字班對其生活適應之探究-以台南仁德國小識字班為例

摘要


本文想要研究的主題是台灣的跨國婚姻,藉由田野調查、口頭訪談、參與觀察法、質性等方法,瞭解在異國婚姻中,外籍配偶在台灣的生活調適情形。本文研究目可歸結以下幾點:第一點,跨國婚姻形成的前因後果;第二點,外籍配偶 的心路歷程、生活調適與問題解決管道;第三點,跨國婚姻配偶的國家認同程度;第四點,政府機關與民間組織扮演的角色。 本研究的識字班成員中的外籍新娘,嫁來臺灣的動機不少是以經濟為考量,目的是為了改善原鄉家庭的經濟情況。她們剛來臺灣的時候,大多有飲食、文化、與家人相處、子女教養等方面的適應困難。後來參加識字班之後,認識同樣嫁來臺灣的外籍新娘,彼此互相交流,找到了解決問題的方法與出口。針對研究的目的,本研究提供了一些研究結果。 結果顯示,識字班對外籍配偶提供了不少的協助,簡述如下: 一、生活能力適應增強:因為參與識字班,外籍配偶在語言、識字、溝通等方面 的能力大為提升。 二、親職教育與子女教養方面:識字課程提升了外籍配偶配的語言能力,在與子 女溝通與教育上,找到不少的資源。 三、家庭生活與人際網絡的提升:識字班成為跨國文化交流的好地方,外籍配偶 結識不少朋友,建立了自信,不再感到孤單,在臺灣的生活也比較快樂。 四、政府與社會資源方面:識字班的老師提供學員一些協助溝通的管道,例如一 些政府機關或是民間單位,可以幫助外籍配偶解決在臺灣遇到的問題。 最後,本研究分別針對跨國婚姻家庭與教育、政府與社會社區、未來研究等三方面提出建議。

This study is focus on the transnational marriage in Taiwan. By field surveys, oral interviewing, participations, and other qualitative methods, we can understand the life’s adaptation conditions of foreign spouses in Taiwan. This study can conclude in the following points. First, what the reasons and results of the transnational marriage are. Second, how the ways of internal struggle of foreign spouses occur and how they solve the problems of life adaptation. Third, how the foreign spouses identify themselves and the degree they identify the country. Finally, how the government and folk’s organizations play the role well. The main characters in this study are foreign brides of the literacy education class. The main reason they married to Taiwan’s husband is about the economy. They want to solve the economic conditions of their original countries. At the early time they come to Taiwan, they have difficulties in the adaptation of foods, cultures, how to deal with families, and the education of children. Then, they attend the literacy education class in Ren-de elementary school. They make friends with other members married to Taiwan from other countries in this class. They talk to each other and find ways of solving problems. According to the purposes of this study, the author provides some results of this study. The results tell us, the literacy education class gives lots of assistance to foreign spouses. We can see those help from the following aspects. First, the abilities of life adaptation strengthen. By attending the literacy education class, the abilities of language, literacy education, and communication of foreign spouses promote well. Second, about the parenting education and children education, the courses of literacy education promote the abilities of language of foreign spouse. Thus, they can get lots of resource about how to communicate and educate their children well. Third, the life in families and the relationship with other people get well. The literacy education class is a good place to make the cultural exchange. The foreign spouse can make good friends with other classmates, and they can establish their self-confidences, therefore, they won’t feel lonely and will be happier in Taiwan. Forth, from the aspect of the government and the social resource, the teachers of the literacy education class can provide ways of communication to the members. For example, some governmental or public organizations can help the foreign spouses solve their problems in Taiwan. Finally, this study will propose the suggestions of the following three aspects. The first is related to transnational marriage, families and education. The second is related to the government, the society, and the community. The third is related to the studies in the future.
