軍訓教官的工作在言行身教各方面影響學生至深且鉅,有感於軍訓教官所扮演的角色、處理學生的問題及人際互動所引起的工作壓力反應,勢必對學生人格與教育的品質有一定程度的影響,因此,有必要進一步的研究探討軍訓教官的工作壓力來源與工作壓力反應。社會支持度高的人其工作壓力感也就會比較低,軍訓教官若能有較高的社會支持,工作壓力也勢必會減少不少。 本研究主要於探討台灣地區雲林縣、嘉義縣(市)、台南縣(市)、高雄縣、屏東縣等七個縣市之高中(職)校軍訓教官目前之工作壓力來源、工作壓力反應、社會支持以及生活滿意之概況。並進而分析在不同的個人背景變項之下,軍訓教官在工作壓力來源、工作壓力反應、社會支持以及生活滿意的差異性,並同時分析軍訓教官在工作壓力來源、工作壓力反應、社會支持以及生活滿意的相關性,研究結果以供教育相關單位及未來研究方向之參考。本研究採問卷調查法,以南部七個縣市127所高中(職)校共611名軍訓教官為研究對象,計發出問卷500份,回收有效問卷456份。茲將調查分析結果簡述如下: 一、 軍訓教官在工作壓力來源的整體感受屬於中等略低的程度。 二、 軍訓教官在工作壓力反應的整體感受屬於中等略低的程度。 三、 軍訓教官在社會支持的整體感受屬於中等偏高的程度。 四、 軍訓教官在生活滿意的整體感受屬於中等偏高的程度。 五、 軍訓教官工作壓力來源因性別、職務類別、服務縣市的不同而有顯著差異。 六、 軍訓教官社會支持因職務類別、服務縣市的不同而有顯著差異。 七、 軍訓教官生活滿意因服務學校類型不同而有顯著差異。 八、 軍訓教官的工作壓力來源與工作壓力反應呈正相關。 九、 軍訓教官的工作壓力反應與生活滿意呈負相關。 十、 軍訓教官的社會支持與工作壓力來源呈負相關。 十一、 軍訓教官的社會支持與工作壓力反應呈負相關。 十二、 軍訓教官的社會支持與生活滿意呈正相關。 本研究針對上述研究結果,提出了若干建議,以供軍訓教官、教育相關單位及未來研究者之參考。 關鍵字:軍訓教官、工作壓力、社會支持、生活滿意
This research is aimed to look into the sources of job stress, the reaction to job stress, the social support and the life satisfaction of the military instructors in high schools that in the seven cities of Taiwan that experience in their daily. Then to explore the difference of the sources of job stress, the reaction to job stress, the social support and life satisfaction between military instructors with different personal variables. And also explore the correlations of the sources of job stress, the reaction to job stress, the social support and the life satisfaction with qualitative statistics. The results would be valuable to institutions in policy making and to prospective researchers. The study was carried out through 456 valid questionnaires out of 500 samples that selected from 611 military instructions in the seven cities wide. Statistical results reveal that the military instructors experience: 1. A bit lower sources of job stress than average. 2. A bit lower reaction to job stress than average. 3. A bit higher social support than average. 4. A bit higher life satisfaction than average. 5. A significant different sources of job stress in terms of sex, post and cities. 6. A significant different social support in terms of post and cities. 7. A significant different life satisfaction in terms of type of institution. 8. A positive correlation between the sources of job stress and the reaction to job stress. 9. A negative correlation between the reaction to job stress and life satisfaction. 10. A negative correlation between the social support and the sources of job stress. 11. A negative correlation between the social support and the reaction to job stress. 12. A positive correlation between the social support and the life satisfaction. The research result leads to constructive suggestions that may be referred by military instructors for personal application, by educational institutions for policy making and by potential researchers for further exploration.
