大學生校外租屋環境滿意度與學習成效相關性之研究-以長榮大學學生為例

摘要


近年來學生校外租屋受到教育部重視,也越來越多人投入有關學生校外租屋生活的研究,而大部分都是趨向關於對租屋環境滿意度的探討,本研究透過學生校外租屋滿意度來瞭解對學生在學習成效上的影響關係,研究對象則針對長榮大學日間部四年級校外租屋學生,利用便利取樣方法進行問卷調查,蒐集學生租屋環境滿意度、學習滿意度及成績資料共計300筆,並歸納出「租金價位」、「設備完善」、「居住安全」、「管理服務」、「環境品質」、「交通條件」及「生活機能」等租屋環境因素,進行各種差異檢定、相關分析和迴歸分析等,根據分析結果顯示,不同的背景的學生對租屋環境因素會有不同的滿意度,學生在不同的租屋環境會有不同的學習成效,租屋環境因素中以「設備完善」、「環境品質」及「生活機能」等,對學習成效有影響關係存在,而這種關係屬於邊際效益影響,並非影響學習成效的主要因素,學習成效主要仍是受到連續性的學習成績影響較大,而租屋環境因素對學生學習成效影響非常有限。

Recently, the student of outside campus housing has been involved by Ministry of Education seriously, and there are also more and more people put into a lot of researches which subjected to this topic, but the majority studies were focused on the rental housing environment of satisfaction degree discussion. So that, this study hopes that can be taken by students housing satisfaction degree to understand the influence relations in their study results, the objective was aimed at Chang Jung Christian University of the senior of renters, and carried out the questionnaire survey to using the convenience method of sampling to collect their satisfaction degree of the rental housing environment, learning result and scores which are being returned total 300 surveys, and summarized the following factors of “the rental price” “well-equipped”, “the housing security”, “the supervisory service”, “the environment quality”,“the traffic conditions” and “the vital function” and passed through the SPSS software's statistical method, carried out each kind of different examination, the correlation analysis and the regression analysis and so on. According to the analyzed results, the different background's student will have the different degree of satisfaction for the rental housing environmental factor, the student also have their different study results in the different rental environment so that rents a room will be affected by the following environmental factors of “well-equipped”, “the environment quality” and “the vital function” … and so on, this kind of relations will belong to the marginal benefit influence, and will not to be a primary foctor to be effective to the study results. The study result is mainly affected by the continuous studying score, but the environmental factor will just be a minor factor to be effective to study result influence of the students. After reviewing the study of analysis data and results, they can be applied to the administration and offerring to school management for reference. Finally, we suggested that the first prioity work of outside campus rental housing should be focused on the security management since this is the most important of key work and can be an only way to guaranty student’s study results in the right track.
