妝品業品牌形象對經營績效的影響之研究- 以顧客忠誠度為中介變項

摘要


摘要 在這個瞬息萬變的世界,各行各業為求搶奪先機無不絞盡腦汁思 考如何提升競爭力,望能成為市場上的強勢品牌。由於近年來化妝 品,已逐漸轉變為消費者的生活必需品了。在台灣,女性的化妝品市 場每年約有600億元,對於化妝品處於多元通路、高度競爭的市場環 境,若要進行品牌打造的工作,更需要讓消費者清楚明瞭品牌的特 色、個性、核心精神是什麼。本研究預計以泓如企業有限公司之員工、 主管以及顧客為發放問卷對象,採取隨機抽樣的方式進行實地發送及 收集問卷,發出問卷360份,回收有效問卷234份,回收率65%。並運 用SPSS統計分析軟體,以因素分析、相關分析、迴歸分析、階層迴 歸分析等方法來進行資料分析。本研究結果有四: 1. 品牌形象對顧客忠誠度成顯著正向影響。 2. 顧客忠誠度對經營績效成顯著正向影響。 3. 品牌形象對經營績效成顯著正向影響。 4. 顧客忠誠度在品牌形象對經營績效時,具有中介效果。 最後本研究希望藉此研究之結果,能提供妝品產業有些許的建議 及參考。 關鍵詞:品牌形象;顧客忠誠度;經營績效;妝品業

Abstract In this rapidly changing world all industries strive to become first movers in order to increase competitiveness in hopes of becoming strong brands on the market. In recent years cosmetics has gradually transformed into a consumer necessity. In Taiwan, the female cosmetics market is approximately NTD 60 billion annually. The market environment is highly competitive with diverse logistics and in order to build brand image, it is critical the consumer clearly understands the brand’s characteristics, attitude, and core spirit. This study plans to use the employees, managers, and customers of Hung Lu Co, LTD in random sample survey studies. 360 surveys were delivered and 234 surveys were collected marking a 65% return rate. SPSS statistical analysis software was used to conduct factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis to analyze the data. The study found the 4 conclusions below: 1. Brand image has positive effects customer loyalty. 2. Customer loyalty has positive effects on operation performance. 3. Brand image has positive effects on operation performance. 4. Customer loyalty has mediating effects when comparing brand image with operation performance. Finally, this study hopes that the results from data can provide the cosmetics industry with reference and suggestion.
