現代家事服務業的經營策略

摘要


家事服務(Housework Service)業已經成為當代台灣社會新興的行業,在短短十幾年間迅速竄起。台灣家事服務產業是個既有競爭者競爭力高、新進入者威脅高的產業,所以目前市場上的主要業者皆是以建立特色、提供優質服務來加強競爭力,以期在既有競爭者之中脫穎而出,並降低新進入者的威脅。 本研究從家事服務使用者的使用體驗以及潛在使用者的需求出發,找出無法被目前家事服務業滿足的需求,建議家事服務業者應該跳脫傳統家事服務公司的競爭思維模式,轉而為家事服務員(服務提供者)和顧客(服務使用者)提升附加價值: 1. 對服務提供者而言,平台應專注於家事服務員的專業技能訓練,協助服務員提供優質的服務。 2. 對服務使用者而言,平台應提供適度的資訊,以提升雙方初次交易的信任感及安全性。

Housework service is an emerging industry in Taiwan and grows rapidly in the past ten years. Taiwan housework service is an industry with high competitive rivalry and high threat of new entrants. Therefore, in order to stand out among the existing competitors and reduce the threat of new entrants, current main market players put all the efforts to build their own characteristics and provide high quality service to strengthen their competitiveness. Based on the experience of current users and the needs of potential users of housework service, this study is trying to figure out the needs which couldn’t be satisfied by current housework service industry. It suggests that housework service company should focus on increasing added value to both service provider and service user instead of traditional competitive business model, 1. For service providers, the platform should train the housekeepers with professional skill and assist them to provide high quality service. 2. For service user, the platform should provide appropriate information to increase the trust and security of the initial transactions.
