工程變更在高科技產業中是一項相當重要的作業,在整個產品生命週期的各個階段,不論是開發、生產甚至是產品已到顧客手中都可能有工程變更的需求。而隨著半導體製程的複雜化和產品的多樣性之下,任何製程上的變更都會牽一髮而動全身,故只要有工程變更的活動就有風險性的存在,這些風險可能包含了良率的損失、品質的降低與可靠度的疑慮,嚴重的話甚至造成產品大量報廢;因此工程變更須有一套完整的評估方法、作業程序與電子化系統來有效執行工程變更管理。 本研究朝向知識管理、標準化與工程變更管理整合之方向來進行研究,重新設計流程與工程變更管理系統,並透過半導體晶圓製造業間的實際訪談結果來分析比較半導體製造廠間對於工程變更作業面上的差異性,以協助改善半導體製造業之工程變更管理,提升企業競爭力。 在科技產業或其他產業中若有導入工程變更管理之需要,也可藉由本論文之工程變更管理流程規劃與系統開發、設計考量,和管理模式來做為參考,再搭配自己公司內部實際需求,相信可以獲得具有建設性的參考與建議。
Engineering change is a very important task in the high tech industry. All stages of product life cycle maybe have engineering change requirements, no matter what development, production and even product is delivered to customer. As semiconductor manufacturing process complexity and diversity of products, any process change will be a slight move in one part may affect the whole situation. Thus, there will be existence of risks with engineering change activities and then those risks may cause yield loss, lower quality and increase reliability concerns or lead to a large number of scrapped products from severe condition. Therefore, engineering change must have whole evaluation of methods and operation of procedures as well as implementation of engineering change management with effective electronic systems. The research towards to knowledge management, standardization and engineering change management fields integration, by means of both re-design in procedure and engineering change management system methods. And through the actual interviews to achieve comparison in difference of engineering changes from semiconductor manufacturing operations to help improvement in semiconductor manufacturing engineering change management, and then to increase business competition-ability. The paper consist of engineering change flow plan, system development and design considerations as well as management modes that can act reference in engineering change management of both technology industry and other industries. Furthermore, the research satisfies operation in coordination with actual requirement from their company as well, I believe that readers can obtain constructive information and suggestions.
