都市中的遊牧民族 以系統化架構、模組單元重塑台北市計程車司機休息站與招呼站空間

摘要


在都市中計程車,帶給人們舒適便捷快速的交通運輸,但在事實上計程車司機的日常營業機制與生活空間,卻是相當簡陋且不足的;總是能在不起眼的都市縫隙中驚見他們營業背後的現實生活,而這些都市發展的剩餘空間竟是唯一能滿足他們需求的場域。本論文針對現有政策目標與現有招呼站、休息站設施與架構進行調查與分析,並配合相關理論,如:都市中的失落空間、街道傢俱與模矩化設計等,以期能提出一個適切的解決方案。 主要內容可分為兩個部分: 整體休息站層級: 藉由對台北市土地分區使用與交通設施等等綜合因素的調查,並對計程車業者作深入的調查之後,考量計程車司機的休息活動內容與休息地點空間特點,搭配都市土地與交通的使用與連結關係,嘗試對休息站地點選取與設立訂定規範,建立一系列大、中、小型可互相搭配的休息站組織,以期計程車休息站藉由此一層級關係,能更切合計程車司機們的生活需求。 休息站空間單元: 分析模矩化設計的精神與操作過程,試圖利用〈系統、單元、組合〉的概念,建立一套休息站空間構成的模矩單元,依據計程車司機休息的主要活動內容〈上廁所、休息、用餐〉與各種基地條件不同的型態限制,將空間填充機能與單元組合示範,以期模矩單元設計真正能隨基地現實條件、使用強度與興設與否,作彈性與機動性的組合與調整。

Synopsis In the urban area, the taxi-drivers have provided convenient, cozy, and rapid transportation. But, in fact, the daily operating and the living space that taxi-drivers reply upon and live in appear to be pretty schematic and inadequate. One can always surprisingly sight the behind-the-screen life of the taxi-drivers in some hardly conspicuous city chink. Actually, these leftovers after the urban development are the only places can satisfy the taxi-drivers desiderata. This article intends to present a proper solution based on the investigation and analysis of the present urban policies; goals, taxi stands, rest-area facilities; framework, together with relevant theories (such as LOST SPACE IN THE URBAN, STREET FURNITURE, and MODULAR DESIGN) The article contains two parts : The Entire Rest Area level : Based on the integral investigation of separated-zone land utilization of Taipei City, transportation facilities and so on., an in-depth survey of the taxi-drivers activities content, space characteristics of the rest areas, and arranging in line with the utilization and linkage relationship between the land and traffic system, the attempt is to conclude a set of standards in selecting location and establishment of a rest area, as well as a serial of rest area organization arrangement for large, medium, and small vehicles so that the taxi-drivers rest area could be more closely meeting the taxi-drivers living needs. Rest Area Space unit : Analyzing the spirit and operative process of modular design, it is intended to utilize (system, unit, combination) concept to establish a set of modular space units framing a rest area, based on the taxi-drivers primary activity contents (toilet, rest, dining) and various base station constraints, to demonstrate space filling function and unit combination so that the modular units design can be really combined and adjusted according to the base station actual condition, intensity of utilization and decision-evaluation.
