單一散度表面接枝梳狀聚N-異丙基丙烯醯胺微米級顆粒

摘要


摘要 本研究目的為合成單一散度熱敏感微米級共聚物顆粒,其球狀表面接枝上梳狀結構聚合物,聚N-異丙基丙烯醯胺(PNIPAAm),藉由表面活性物質種類、表面活性物質接枝密度、接枝溫感性分子鏈長等因素,探討其對顆粒表面型態和其熱敏感性質、表面親疏水性的影響。 實驗結果得知,使用四種不同種類的表面活性物質作為橋樑,以分子鏈較短的表面活性單體,可達到較穩定的效果。溫度敏感性方面,溫感性寡合物臨界轉移溫度、相變化不鏈續點,皆隨分子量的不同而有所改變。最後探討當所接枝的分子可降低液體表面張力,並當溫感性分子所接枝密度不同時,對於臨界轉移溫度的影響。

Abstract Monodisperse microsize polystyrene particles with PNIPAAm (poly (N-isopropylacrylamide)) comb polymer grafted on their external surface will be synthesized in this essay. PNIPAAm will be chosen as the external polymer and be grafted on the Monodisperse polystyrene particles. In order to control the amount of drug release from these particles under specific temperature, the hydrophilic and thermo-sensitivity of these particles will be investigated by changing the amount of the grafted of the PNIPAAm on these particles. First, polystyrene particles containing reactive functional group on particle surface will prepared by using two-step polymerization. Than, several various chain lengths of semitelechelic PNIPAAm by controlling the amount of the chain length agent added will be obtained by using solution free radical polymerization. Put above two polymers together to polymerized, the Monodisperse grafted polymer particles can be obtained. Reaction condition and their recipes to affect grafting amount on the polymer particles will be obtained by trial and error. The amount of PNIPAAm grafted on the particles to affect the hydrophilic and LCST.
