室內設計專案管理系統之研究

摘要


室內設計常於工程統包(Design-Build)之過程中,參與不同專業間的組織與技術介面之整合。也就是室內設計師扮演著turnkey的角色。加諸WTO之挑戰,因此室內設計師必須具備協調整合的能力。並且在協調過程中不斷檢驗工程品質的落實,提昇績效與競爭力。有鑑於此,如何組織、規劃一個專案,控制進度、預算,到付諸執行施工,是提供完整的架構、導入專案管理(Project Management;簡稱PM)之觀念。有系統推展專案管理模式,以提昇室內設計、工程專案管理之品質與專業形象之落實。 本研究試圖建構室內設計執行專案管理系統之架構。首先,整合專案中各階段的多項變數,進行文獻整理以及次級資料的蒐集,經由分析與整理後,歸納出專案管理的定義及內涵,建立室內設計專案指標與分工架構。其次藉由研究者從事室內設計業15年之實務經驗,透過質性的研究,就個案公司執行專案之模式進行蒐集訪談,以了解實際的運作過程並作分析探討。因此希望達到下列目的:1. 調查專案經理及相關人士,掌握適用於室內設計專案管理之內涵。2. 建構具實務操作可行性之專案管理系統。 本研究主要的研究內容可分為以下幾點:1.定義專案任務2.進行專案之規劃3.專案資源之組織4.專案之執行與進度管控5.專案之結案與評估,以及提供一個適合「室內設計專案管理系統」之階段內涵圖。以室內設計案來講,一個個案的過程分為業務開發階段、初步設計階段、細部設計階段、發包階段、施工管理階段、驗收保固階段。每一階段工作內容都極為細微且相連,而且階段性時間常因整個專案期限精短而緊迫。更因為室內空間多為人們使用需求為大前提,其變數常難以預計,所以對於人力資源、技術整合、及設計概念落實於結果中,這些都必須在專案開始之規劃階段,作出妥善計劃,才能在後續專案施行的過程中,利於人力資源及任務之分配,以及資訊整合與專案之控制。

In the process of Design-Build, Interior Design integrates different professional organizations and technical interfaces. In other words, interior designer plays a role of “Turnkey”. More over, due to the challenges of WHO; Interior Designer must have the abilities of coordination and integration. Besides keep on checking and testing of the engineering quality is to escalate the performance and abilities to compete. In the view of this, how to plan and organize a project, to control the progress and budget till the total project close is to provide a complete structure and lead to Project Management concept. To promote Project Management model systematically is to improve the level of Interior Design and Project Management quality and implement the professional image. This research tried to set up the system of Interior Design Project Management execution. First of all, integrate the variables of each step of the project. Proceed the compiling of literatures and other data collection. Through the analytical and arrange work, summarize out the definition and content of Interior Design Project Management. Set up the target of Interior Design project and separation of duties structure. Secondly, based on 15 years experience sticking to quality of the researcher to interview a specific company for its implementation of Project Management. This is to understand the physical operation process in order to further review and analyze. Therefore, we hope to achieve the following purposes. 1. Investigating project manager and other related people to control the content that suits to the Interior Design Project Management. 2. Set up system that consists physical operating feasibilities. The following items are the main content of this research. 1. Define the task of the project. 2. Proceed the planning of the project. 3. Organize the resources of the project. 4. Control the execution and progress of the project. 5. Project close and evaluation; and provide a flow chat of “Interior Design Project Management system”. From the Interior Design view point, a process of a case can be divided into business development, basic design, detail design, contract out, construction manage, and inspection/warranty period. The contents of each period are very detail and connected. One single schedule could be forced to be tight and short to match with the whole project timetable. Besides, the inner space will be the first priority to consider. Therefore, it will be very difficult to estimate the dynamically changeable situation. As to the implementation of human resources, technical integration, and design concept process, these factors should be considered thoroughly in the beginning of the project. It will be more convenient for the allocation of human resources and tasks, system integration and project management control toward the project carried on in the future.
