建置商業智慧系統關鍵成功因素之研究 -以汽車業為例

摘要


新世紀的到來,商業智慧系統導入之風,在全球企業間開始蔓延,精準的決策資訊已成為企業維持競爭優勢的最佳利器,而汽車產業為眾所週知的的傳統型產業,其特性為典型中衛合作體系所組成的龐大供應鏈,包括從上游研發設計到下游水平週邊的服務發展,再加上日趨多樣的顧客需求,因此,在變化快速的競爭環境裡,已不能滿足於現狀發展,更需提昇產業的整體附加價值,讓企業確保永續經營的目標。 商業智慧系統對企業決策支援的效益,是大家所認同,但根據文獻統計,企業在商業智慧系統的建置初期,失敗率高達50%,而部份企業在初期建置失敗之後,經過改進而獲得成功,所以,國內外有許多的著作或研究文獻,對於如何提昇商業建置成功率,有著些許的探討,因此,如何掌握關鍵成功因素,來成功與快速的建置商業智慧系統,縮短建置時間與成本,幫助企業提昇競爭力,相信對未來的產業有著重要的影響。 本研究藉由建置商業智慧系統經驗之汽車企業為對象,予以深度訪談及探討,整理出以下二點:(1)提供汽車產業建置商業智慧系統在每個階段的關鍵成功因素,對於企業建置商業智慧的過程中,若能更清楚掌握每個階段的關鍵成功因素,則可使建置系統更為順利。(2)提供企業建置商業智慧之執行過程中,瞭解每個階段可能遭遇的困難與阻礙,若能針對每個階段可能遭遇的困難及阻礙,預先擬定克服及因應方式,將可使建置商業智慧系統在每個階段的困難與阻礙降低。以期能給汽車產業在建置商業智慧系統時的參考及建議。

ABSTRACT In a coming century, Business Intelligence System is introduced widely among global businesses. To keep the competitive advantage for a business, making decision properly becomes more important. As far as we know, automobile industry is known as a traditional business. It is a huge supply chain organized by carmakers and parts suppliers and it is included R&D, design and customers’ service. Therefore, we aren’t satisfied with current condition anymore in a competitive environment. Moreover, it’s necessary for a business to promote the overall additional value so that it can manage forever. Everyone knows that business intelligence system is efficient for a business in making decision. According to statistics, however, the ratio of failure is highly 50% when a business builds up initially business intelligence system. Some of businesses are successful after they improve. Many of articles or researches are discussed how to rise the ratio of success in implementation of business intelligence in our country or overseas. A business should know how to control the critical success factor to build up successfully and quickly its business intelligence system. In the meantime, it’s helpful for a business to shorten the time and decrease cost in implement to promote its competition. The future business will be affected deeply. The research is implement experience about business intelligence system for automobile industry. The main methods of study are to interview deeply and discuss. We have concluded the following two points: (1) the result can offer CSF to automobile industry to implement business intelligence system in every phase. In the process of implementing business intelligence system, this system will be operated smoothly if a business can understand and hold the CSF. (2) the result can let automobile industry to understand that it encounters difficult situation in implementing business intelligence system. After understanding them, it can in advance make plans and solving type to reduce all difficult and hinder in every phase. We expect offer references and suggestions to automobile industry in implement business intelligence system.
