應用無線射頻辨識技術管制裝備安全之研究──以網路通信加密裝備為例

摘要


「管理」是各行各業追求卓越的必要條件,在管理的領域中,裝備管理尤其是一項耗費人力、物力甚多的工作。因此本研究利用RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification,無線射頻辨識)技術改善裝備管制業務中安全機制的缺失,使各級保管和使用單位可以快速且有效地清點與管制裝備、隨時掌握裝備位置,藉以節省管制業務所需之人力與時間。 本研究所建構之保密裝備管理雛形系統,係針對區域內精密(貴重)裝備管理需求所提出的解決方案,透過無線區域網路的即時傳輸,達到裝備安全管制的即時性需求。在裝備出入口設置RFID掃讀機,即時監控裝備的進出,同時將偵測所得數據,輸入資料庫中,再將系統的各項功能以網頁呈現。完成之雛型系統具有架構簡單、操作簡便、機動性強與擴充性佳等特色,對區域內精密儀器(貴重設備)管理業務產生以下結果:   1.提昇保密裝備管制效能。   2.節省人力與時間。   3.降低保密裝備遺失風險。   4.避免人為疏失。   5.統一裝備標籤格式。   6.確保裝備資料安全。   實驗結果顯示,論文中所實作之系統確實可行,也可以有效改善目前裝備管制業務之缺失。

"Management" is essential for enterprises to pursue outstanding. Especially, device management needs to consume large amount of human resources. In this study, RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) technology was used to improve the shortage of security mechanism for device management so that the organizations can check out and manage the devices efficiently. It will result in the device position can be aware at anytime to save human resources and time. The prototype of cryptographic device management system constructed in this study was proposed to solve the requirements of precision (valuable) instrument management in the local area. The system reached the real time requirement of device security management by using the real time transmission of wireless LAN. The prototype owned the features of simple architecture, easy operation, strong mobility and good scalability. The results generated from the proposed system were given as following: 1.Promoting the performance of cryptographic device management. 2.Saving the human resource and time. 3.Reducing the lost risk of cryptographic devices. 4.Avoiding the mistakes of human operation. 5.The tag format of devices was unified. 6.Guarantee the data security of devices. Experimental results showed that the RFID system was feasible and could improve the shortage of current device management work efficiently.
