本研究欲探討商業智慧系統之績效評估,並且找出評估的主要因素,參考DeLone and McLean(2003)提出資訊系統成功的因素及以TDWI (2007)針對商業智慧系統評估要素做為本研究之評估項目。本研究採用資訊成功的評估模式將商業智慧系統的影響分為二個構面,即個人績效及組織績效。本研究採用問卷分析法來進行研究並以因素分析及ANOVA,最後本研究鎖定國內企業導入商業智慧系統為成功之五家企業進行研究,本研究實際發放60份問卷,回收60份問卷,總回收率為100%。其中有效問卷為53份,因此有效問卷回收率為88.33%。經本研究之問卷分析後,將系統之績效評估分為商業智慧系統導入後對於組織績效的影響與個人績效的影響因素可信度高,可給予已導入商業智慧系統之企業做評估參考依據,或是欲導入商業智慧系統之企業做導入前評估參考,以提高導入系統成功之機率。
This study was to investigate the business intelligence system performance evaluation and assessment to identify the main factors, refer to DeLone and McLean (2003) proposed information system success factors and TDWI (2007) Assessment for Business Intelligence factor as this study ssessed project. The successful use of information evaluation model of the business intelligence system is divided into two dimensions, that is, individual performance and organizational performance. This study used questionnaires to conduct research and analysis to factor analysis and ANOVA, the last of this research focuses on domestic enterprises into successful business intelligence system for the five companies studied, the actual distribution of 60 questionnaires, 60 questionnaires, total recovery 100%. 53 questionnaires which were, the effective response rate was 88.33%. The analysis of the study questionnaire, the system of performance evaluation after import into business intelligence systems for organizational performance and individual performance factors with high reliability can be imported to give the enterprise business intelligence systems for evaluation reference, or Enterprise wants to do corporate business intelligence systems assessment before importing a reference to improve the chances of success into the system.
