中華文化符號應用於熔合玻璃器皿
設計創作

文化創意產業為世界潮流，我國政府於 2002 年將其列入國家重點發展計畫，其中的玻璃工藝設計，是文化與創意產業的重要指標之ㄧ。本研究規劃以中華文化符號為媒介，使其與玻璃工藝相結合而產生更多元的附加價值，由傳統藝術玻璃產業跨足至玻璃工藝產品設計，並依據文獻探討得知目前台灣玻璃工藝的使用範疇中，玻璃器皿是最為實用且能表現玻璃工藝的產品，因此選擇將中華文化符號與玻璃器皿相結合，達到「工藝生活化、生活工藝化」的目標。本創作是將進口平板玻璃作為主要創作材料，設計出富有中華文化色彩的現代玻璃器皿；作品的部分共分八個系列五十件作品，每一系列都有作者想要表達的文化內涵，希望能賦予冰冷的玻璃器皿新的生命力。

Cultural creative industry has become a trend. The government has listed it as one of the main development plans in 2002. The design of glass craft is one of the landmarks in cultural creative industry. The study is designed to use the symbols of Chinese culture and combines with produce more multiple values, from the traditional art glass industry to the design of glass craft, according to the references, glass containers are the most useful and symbolic products of glass craft, among the usages of Taiwan’s glass craft. Therefore, the author selects to combine symbols of Chinese culture with glass craft to achieve the goal “craft is life” “life is craft.” The main material of the works mentioned in this thesis is foreign flat glass. The works are divided into eight series, fifty works. Each of the series consists of the significant meaning of culture, which the author desires to express and endue new life to the lifeless glass container.
