摘要


為因應全球化的競爭,各企業無不使出渾身解數的來提升公司的競爭力,製造管理為最基本卻也最值得被注意的活動之一。面對半導體業在市場激烈的競爭壓力,以及愈來愈不明確的客戶需求與變動環境,如何能有效的提出改善方案,以提昇生產製造效率與下達正確的決策與控制,來縮短供貨日期,其需要依靠具彈性與效率的生產模式,在產業利潤有限且競爭快速的環境下,如何拉開差異,資訊系統的強度就成為很關鍵的因素之一。 利用一套方法工具將企業的流程完整表達出來,才能充分協助使用者了解公司內部流程全貌,有助於系統品質的提升。並確認建置系統之重點方向。 本論文針對上述需求,選定以 IDEF1X 方法來建構以生產作業為中心的製造現場流程資料模式,藉由重新建立所須現場生產資料與決策,來達成可以彈性修正生產流程所需的現場生產資料與決策;並以此資料模式配合生產執行模組構置生產管制系統,用來管理現場生產流程的進行,以利及時掌握現場各種生產動態資訊;並以此為基礎結合應用實例分析其系統對於公司之助益為何。

In response to global competition, companies are all trying to make itself to enhance the company's competitiveness, manufacturing management is essential, but also one of the activities to be most worthy of attention.
