室內照明環境之使用後評估研究-以辦公室空間為例

Post Occupancy Evaluation of Interior Lighting Environment-A Case Study of Office Spaces

摘要


辦公室照明經過多年使用,需加以評估,一方面因為原始燈具已經衰減、新的燈具有較高的能源應用效率,另一方面,辦公人員對於光環境有心理及生理偏好,其意見可做為改善工作環境之參考。本研究分成三階段執行,包括:現況之照明及使用心理試用後評估調查、根據前項調查及文獻理論綜合結果以建構適用於LJ電子公司環境條件之照明參數、最後基於核定參數,受測場地分為A區與B區兩區做比較,以摘錄重點成為辦公室照明設計參考手冊。 本研究發現:於辦公室場合時之照明,在光度、色度、及能源效率的比較下,T5燈具比T8燈具更為適用。但本研究所示之樣本無論使用T8燈具或是T5燈具,光源色溫皆為3000K,建議更改為4000K、5000K或6000K光源以貼近辦公室照明需求。其次,受測樣本對於現有照明的評估,整體而言,可說是中度滿意的;獨特的是,A區與B區受測者的反應幾乎是一樣。少數受測樣本對於現有照明的評估,提出建議更換燈具種類、燈具的光色種類、移除鍊條式燈具開關等意見。除此,因為辦公室照明需要納入的考量參數,除了有必要充分運用自然光,讓辦公桌貼近窗邊,尚包括人工光源的三種主要成分:明視覺能源效率、暗視覺能源效率、以及生理刺激能源效率。對於需要提高注意力工作的場合,此三種成分越高越好。 除了T5螢光燈具,尚有其他在辦公室照明參數上較優的光源及燈具可選用。選擇了電光源的種類,尚可考慮結合動態照明之智慧化系統,如此則可益加提高照明環境的人性化等級。

After years of use, office lighting needs to be assessed for two reasons. Firstly, because the original fixtures have been attenuated, the new have an higher energy efficiency .Secondly, the office staff may have mental and physical preferences for their lightening environment, and their views can be used as a reference for improvement in the work environment. This study is divided into three stages of implementation: (1) the current status of the lighting , (2) the psychological after-effects of the trial assessment survey, according to the survey and literature theory before the consolidated results to construct the lighting parameters applicable to LJ electronics company environmental conditions, and (3) based on the approved parameters which measure Track A compared with the B Zone Two areas. This allows a focus on becoming an excellent office lighting design reference manual. The study found that when the office is lit with lightsthat have luminosity, color, and relatively lower energy efficiency, T5 lamps are more suitable than T8 lamps. However, as shown in the sample in this study, whether using T8 or T5 lighting fixtures, light, color, and temperature are all 3000K, and the proposed changes to 4000K, 5000K or 6000K light source are close to the office lighting needs. Secondly, the measurement sample for evaluation of existing lighting, overall, is moderately satisfactory.Uniquely, A and B zone area subjects’ reactionsare almost the same. A small number of samples measured by the assessment of existing lighting fixtures proposals to replace the type of lamps light color type, remove the chain-type light switches, and other comments. In addition, because the parameters of office lighting need to be taken into consideration, alongside of the need to make full use of natural light, the desk close to the windows consists of three main components of artificial light: photopic sensitivity, scotopic sensitivity, and cirtipic sensitivity. For applications that require attention and consentration to improve the work of these three components, the higher the better. In addition to T5 fluorescent lamps, other parameters in the office lighting, such as an optimum light source, can be used. Select the types of electric light, which can still be combined with a dynamic lighting system, so the lightening environment can be improved for all.
