設計師觀點之住宅室內陳設

摘要

近年來國內民眾生活水平提升，對於住宅空間的要求已不再是以遮風避雨為主要需求，更重要的是居住的品質與舒適度的提升。為提高自我居住的品質，民眾已紛紛尋求室內設計師進行居家改造與裝修，從設計、選材、室內擺設等都有自我的看法與見解。室內設計已於台灣發展多年，其發展除了設計規劃外，需再搭配工程進行裝修，民眾對於室內空間的需求不僅只有完工後的美觀與實用，更希望透過『室內陳設』的運用，提升整體空間的舒適感與生活品質。目前國內對於室內設計多著重於空間規劃、健康環境等，對於工程後期的『室內陳設』較無深入的探討與研究，許多設計師對於此領域也無從學習。本文的研究目的是以室內設計師的觀點，探討目前台灣『住宅室內陳設』的市場與設計規劃，設計師如何搭配自我專業知識與業主溝通並達成共識，進而與家飾廠商配合並有效的挑選合乎業主需求之陳設飾品。本研究以訪談法中的半結構式訪談進行，依「訪談大綱」對業界之室內設計師進行問答，藉由設計師實務經驗之分享進行案例研究。研究成果指出，設計師與使用者都理解室內陳設的重要性。除了業主的需求之外，設計師必須考量陳設物件的尺度、品質、便利性、使用性以及美學等因子。在設計過程中設計師必須提供相關圖說與材料版，便於業主選擇陳設物件。配合廠商必須提供適當品質的陳設物件以及相關服務。本研究的成果能夠提供對此議題有興趣之室內設計師，作為參考之依據，有助於提升住宅室內陳設整體的服務品質。本研究訪談對象限定為室內設計師，因此較欠缺室內陳設相關之多方角色意見，例如業主與配合廠商。願後續研究補充各立場人員對室內陳設之見解，以顯示研究之客觀性及提升貢獻度。

Recently, following the improvement of people’s living standards, the requirements of residential spaces are no longer the shelter needs, but to enhance the living quality and comfort. In order to improve living qualities, house owners have requested interior designers to renovate and decorate their interior space, such as design, select material and furnishings. The interior design industry has developed many years in Taiwan. The requirements of residential interior space include not only aesthetics and function, but also furnishings, to enhance comfort and living qualities. However, the studies of interior design pay more attentions to several scopes, such as space planning, healthy environment or color research. The purpose of this research is to study market, design knowledge, communication and corporation of residential interior furnishings in terms of interior designer’s perspectives. The methodology of this study was case study, and the data collection method was interview. This study interviewed ten interior designers, and each of them provided one residential design case. The results indicate that furnishings have become the important parts of residential interior design. In addition to the client requirements, the designers should consider scale, quality, convenient, usage and aesthetics of the furnishings. During the design process, designer can present images and material board to the client for selecting the suitable furnishings. The corporate vendors should provide favorable quality of furnishings for the project. The findings of this study are important for enhancing entire qualities of residential interior design. The future studies will focus on the clients and vendors for establishing a sound theoretical framework of interior furnishing design.
