受到全球化及國際化的影響以及政府政策的鼓勵,國際學生來台人數持續增加,而關於國際學生在台的生活、學習及適應問題也逐漸備受重視。當國際學生來到新環境,透過休閒旅遊可有效幫助國際學生適應新環境,而不同的知覺風險程度則會影響國際學生對於參與休閒旅遊的行為意圖。 本研究以計畫行為理論為框架,以知覺風險作為干擾變數探討國際學生對於休閒旅遊的行為意圖。本研究的研究目的分別為:(1)瞭解國際學生對於休閒旅遊的態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制及最終行為意圖之間的關係;(2)探討知覺風險對於國際學生參與休閒旅遊之態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制與行為意圖之間是否存在顯著的干擾作用;(3)未來提供政府或學校單位制定相關計畫協助國際學生加速適應新環境,並減緩陌生環境產生的不安感。 本研究針對國際學生利用問卷方式調查,有效問卷共計217份,並利用結構方程式進行分析。研究結果為:國際學生對於休閒參與的態度、主觀規範及知覺行為控制對最終行為意圖都有正面影響。而知覺風險在態度、主觀規範及知覺行為控制對行為意圖之干擾作用中,只有主觀規範對行為意圖之間受到知覺風險的干擾是顯著的。
Along with the impact of the globalization and Internationalization, international students studying abroad have become a significant trend. Through the encouragement of government policy, the increasing numbers of international students coming to Taiwan recent years, every aspect about their study, new life and their ability to adapt the foreign environment have attracted more attention. Leisure participation can help international students to quickly adapt the new life in Taiwan. Because of the cross-culture differences, live background, and personality between international students, and also has the different degree of perceived risk for participation in leisure activity. This paper applies the theory of planned behavior (TPB) as a framework, and uses perceived risk value as a moderator to explore the behavioral intention of international students for their leisure participation. The purposes of this paper are as follows: (1) to investigate the relationships among attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control for leisure travel participation and final behavioral intention; (2) to investigate how perceived risk influences the behavioral intention of international students for their leisure travel participation; (3) to provide the government and universities useful information to help international students to quickly adapt new life in Taiwan. This study uses questionnaire to obtain and analyze the data. The results shows that the data supported that relationship with attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control are have positive influence on behavioral intention of leisure travel. In addition, the relationships among latent variables of international students for leisure travel also have the positive influence. These results therefore hope to suggest possible solutions for the government and universities helping foreign students to enjoy their new life in Taiwan.
