隨著網際網路的興起與商業模式快速競爭環境之下,企業為達成商業目標,須建立相關工作流程,讓BPM商業程序管理從提供自動化及整合服務的功能逐漸趨向具有協同合作的機制。為達成企業夥伴合作上的需求,因具有平台獨立性塑模管理符號(Modeling Management Notation)來開發複雜的商業程序引擎,有利於分析人員進行一連串活動分析與流程繪製。然而跨組織人員因為專業領域的不同,跨組織流程協商造成溝通上的障礙,缺乏有效的流程交換與整合,對使用者而言面臨的問題包括:(1)跨組織流程缺乏主導協商的機制;(2)跨組織在流程塑模上缺乏共通符號語言,使的系統較難以進行整合。本研究針對上述問題,設計一個以BPMN為主的協同塑模平台,提供參與人進行協同規劃與設計,利用共同協商機制將需求服務與協商資訊進行彙整,以XML文件定義進行不同平台的溝通與傳遞,利用協商交易機制彙整出協議內容。參與人員藉由協議內容將流程敘述透過塑模定義與BPMN塑模程序,協助企業進行流程塑模的設計,應用協同塑模平台架構及協同塑模概念,將服務流程部署成網路服務描述文件,提供開發人員在進行系統建置時的服務參考。
With the rise of Internet and the change of business model in a competitive environment, in order to meet business goal, enterprises need to establish its relative processes, which make BPM (Business Procedure Management) expand its functionality from providing an automation and integration service to having a co-operation mechanism with other companies.Modeling Management Notation, a platform independent notation, is applied to the development of complex business process engine. The method helps process designer to analyze business activities and create process diagram easier. However, process designers encounter two major problems in developing the business process. The problems include lack of coordination mechanism and lack of common language.This research is directed against above two problems to design a collaboration modeling platform. The platform is based on BPMN and make process designers to plan and design business processes together. A coordination mechanism is applied to gather requirements and discussion information. XML format documents are used to exchange information between different platforms. The outputs are generated from the exchange mechanism. According to the outputs, the process designers write business process description documents. The developers reference these documents while implementing the processes.
