導入ERP系統關鍵成功因素之研究 -以半導體封測廠A公司為例-

摘要


為因應如此快速變遷的市場需求,要如何維持永續經營、增加股東的價值以及對市場的專注並提供顧客最佳化的服務,已經成為封測產業追求的整體策略性目標。整合性的企業資源規劃 (Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP)系統於 90 年代開始發展。ERP 系統之運作在於整合經營決策、銷售、製造、財務、配銷、人力資源等核心業務,使封測產業得以整合內部資源及突破跨國體系經營的限制。在導入過程中需要投入大量的金錢與人力,有一定的困難度與複雜性,而導入 ERP 系統的成本所費不貲,稍有不慎則對企業都可能造成相當程度的損失,成功導入 ERP 系統實為半導體封測產業的一大重要目標。 以往在導入 ERP 系統的關鍵成功因素(Critical Success Factors: CSF)研究領域中,少有將「供應鏈整合」之因素納入考量,本研究認為目前半導體透過上、下游的整合,隨時掌握原物料的供給,並透過即時的整合資訊,對於集團或跨國體系的企業,能夠在原物料的調配及調度上運用自如,使得在最短的時間內取得原物料,客戶訂單的達交率和滿意度提昇,儼然是永續經營最有效的方式之一。故在導入 ERP 系統的過程中,需考量到集團或跨國體系資訊流的適用性,使之成為半導體的競爭優勢,為顧客創造最大價值。 本研究經過相關文獻的整理與探討,並以半導體封測廠A公司為實證研究對象,藉由層級分析法(Analytical Hierarchy Process, AHP)建立層級架構,並以「企業內部因素」、「供應鏈整合」、「軟體系統內涵」、「顧問群服務及能力」等四個構面以及十二項評估準則,設計出專家問卷,受訪對象為半導體封測廠A公司之各部門代表,問卷以模糊集合(Fuzzy Sets)求得各評估準則之相對重要程度,研究結果得知導入 ERP 系統之關鍵成功因素前五項分別為:高階主管的支持與承諾、員工士氣與配合度、客戶滿意程度、高效的專案管理、系統建置成本等因素。希望藉由本研究的結果,作為未來企業上、下游整合導入 ERP 系統之參考。

For acceptance the market requirement are changed so fast, it is whole tactic target of semiconductor field to pursue how to maintain the sustainable operation, raise shareholder value, absorbed in Market and provide the best service to customer. The intergration of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) were expanded since 1990. The ERP operation are lain on the Management Intergration Decision、Selling、Manufacture、Financial affairs、Stock Allocation、Human Resources Core Business. It was semiconductor field make a breakthrough the restrictions of multinational operation and approach the internal resource intergration. It is difficulty and complexity to conduct the ERP due to large spend and manpower. Thereby, it is critical target to conduct ERP successfully otherwise any careless will be damage caused. Formerly it was rarely consider sumsuming the element of supply chian intergration into conducting ERP System critical success factor (CSF) in research field. My opinion on this study, it will be handle and use with skill to allocate and deploy the raw materials through up-downriver collaboration and data information intergration in time for group or multinational industry of semiconductor field. To acquire raw material in the shortest period to promote achievement and satisfaction with customer requirement will be one of the most effective methodology for sustainable operation. Therefore, consideration for the suitable information on ERP System implement will be the competitive superiority and initiate maximum value to customer. To generalize and probe into the relevant bibliography in this research, it was devised a professional questionary divide by 4 section (Enterprise internal element, Supply chain intergration, Software system intension and Counselor service & capability) and 12 basis according to AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and semiconductor package industry as A company to be an object of study. We invite the representative of each department and request consistence examination the valid questionary via AHP firstly. Secondly to request the estimate fuzzy weight and sort via FAHP (Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process). As the research result to realize the top five key success factor priority of ERP conduction for the implement are Senior Manager Support and Promise, Employee Morale, Reference, Customer Satisfactory Degree, High Effective Project Management and System Creation Cost. The anticipation the study result is an useful resource for the vertical ERP intergration.
