本研究旨在探討桃園市國民中學教師變革型領導、學生正向心理資本與組織公民行為之現況,分析不同背景變項之差異、相關及預測情形,並瞭解三者間的因果關係。本研究採取的研究方法為問卷調查法,以105學年度桃園市60所公立國民中學七年級、八年級、九年級學生為本研究母群體,使用「分層比例便利抽樣」、「隨機叢集抽樣」,抽取1076位學生為研究樣本,以自編之「桃園市國中教師變革型領導、學生正向心理資本與組織公民行為問卷」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理以描述性統計、平均數分析、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸分析法、結構方程模式等統計方法進行資料分析。 本研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃園市國中教師變革型領導、學生正向心理資本與組織公民行為之現 況良好。 二、不同背景變項之受試者對教師變革型領導、學生正向心理資本與組織 公民行為有所差異。 三、教師變革型領導、學生正向心理資本呈現中度正相關;學生正向心理 資本與與組織公民行為呈現高度正相關;教師變革型領導與組織公民 行為呈現中度正相關。 四、教師變革型領導、學生正向心理資本與組織公民行為具有正向預測 力。 五、教師變革型領導、學生正向心理資本與組織公民行為間具有影響關係,學生正向心理資本是國中教師變革型領導與學生組織公民行為的中介變項。
This study is aimed to explore the current situation, different background variables, correlations, forecast, and intermediary effect among change leadership of teachers, positive psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior of junior high school students in Taoyuan county. The method, involving the questionnaire survey is survey research. The approach in this study adopts questionnaires and uses stratified random sampling to investigate 1076 samples that are from 60 schools. Collected data are analyzed by the statistical methods of independent t-test, descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, and SEM. The results showed that: 1. Junior high school teachers’ change leadership, students’ positive psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior from public junior high schools in Taoyuan county are significantly above theoretical average. 2. Students with different background variables have significantly different perception in junior high school teachers’ change leadership, students’ positive psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior 3. There is a middle correlation between teachers’ change leadership and students’ positive psychological capital. There is a high correlation between students’ positive psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior. There is a middle correlation between teachers’ change leadership and stdudents’ organizational citizenship behavior. 4. Junior high school teachers’ change leadership and students’ positive psychological capital have the significant prediction toward stdudents’ organizational citizenship behavior. 5. “Students’ positive psychological capital” is a moderate variable between junior high school teachers’ change leadership and stdudents’ organizational citizenship behavior.
