摘要


散熱方案是產業發展及產品開發重要的一環,產品的壽命取決於散熱方案的好與壞,特別是處理器及晶片的熱處理,散熱方案的失效將嚴重影響到系統的運作或造成系統的損害。在產業持續發展和智能化的要求不斷提高的情形下,任何使用電子電力的產品都將對散熱方案更加重視。 本報告是從市場的角度來探討散熱市場未來發展的潛力與技術的應用,由於散熱的要求往往是系統產品設計的最後一環,所以速度及成本節省對於爭取專案及減少開發時間至關重要,本報告認為大數據理論的應用可以為提升效率及節省成本的工具。

Thermal solution is an important element of industrial and product development and the quality of which has a direct impact on product life. This is especially true in CPU and chipset design, the failure of thermal solution could have serious adverse impact on product operation even cause system damage. In the face of industry’s continuous development and the insatiable desire of intelligent products, thermal solution has become even more important to electronic products’ performance. This paper attempts to explore the potential of thermal product market and thermal solution technology’s application from a market’s point of view. Due to the fact that thermal solution request usually is the last part of any system design, how to save cost and shorten development time is of prime importance to designers. This paper suggests that the application of Big Data theory can be an effective tool to achieve this design objective.
