摘要


我國不同師資培育畢業生在國民中學 教師專業表現之比較研究 摘要 本研究旨在探討我國不同師資培育畢業生在國民中學教師專業表現之比較,並探討不同背景行政人員對不同師資培育畢業生在國民中學教師專業表現的差異情形。本研究採問卷調查法,以自編之「國民中學教師專業表現調查問卷」為研究工具。研究對象以臺灣地區公立國中行政人員為主,共計抽取82所公立國中,955位行政人員作為研究樣本,實際有效樣本為774位,可用率為81%。問卷所得資料以平均數、標準差、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法,進行資料處理。研究結果分述如下: 一、 師資培育大學畢業生在國民中學教師專業表現現況屬中上程度。 二、 師範大學畢業生以「專業態度」層面最高,「研究發展」層面相對較低。 三、 一般大學畢業生以「人際溝通」層面最高,「班級經營與輔導」層面相對較低。 四、 行政人員對師資培育畢業生在國民中學教師專業表現具有顯著差異。 五、 不同背景之行政人員對不同師資培育畢業生教師專業表現有顯著差異。 依據研究結果提出具體建議,裨供教育行政機關、師資培育機構、教師以及未來研究作為參考。

A Comparative Study on the Teachers’ Professional Performance of the Graduates from Different Teacher Education Universities at Junior High Schools in Taiwan Abstract The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of teachers’ professional performance of the graduates from teacher education universities at junior high schools. Then, we study the differences existing in the junior high school administrative staffs with different background variables about teachers’ professional performance. The methodology of this study is mainly a questionnaire survey. “Teachers’ Professional Performance Questionnaire” is designed to collect data. Junior high school administrative staff are the objects of this study. There are total 955 junior high school administrative staff from 82 public junior high schools which are taken as samples of this study and 774 questionnaires are collected. The valid respondent rate was 81%. The data were analyzed with average, standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The major findings are as the following: 1. The current situation of teachers’ professional performance of the graduates from teacher education universities was above average. 2. The highest scores of the graduates from normal universities fell in “professional attitude”; the lowest scores were in “ research development.” 3. The highest scores of the graduates from general universities fell in “interpersonal communication”; the lowest scores were in “classroom management and counsel.” 4. There were significant differences in teachers’ professional performance of the graduates from teacher education universities in terms of junior high school administrative staff. 5. There were significant differences in teachers’ professional performance of the graduates from teacher education universities in terms of different background. Finally, according to the findings above, suggestions were given to the educational administrations, teacher education institutes, teachers and future research.
