應用六標準差設計改善先期產品品質規劃系統之流程-以石英元件產業為例

摘要


目前全球石英元件產業中,以日本為最大生產國,台灣石英元件廠的技術能力也是介於日本與大陸之間。隨著車用電子的日漸蓬勃發展,本研究鑑於石英元件產業的現況,為了縮短與日本廠商的距離及加入汽車產業成為其供應鏈之一,因此本研究應用汽車產業之先期產品品質規劃(Advanced Product Quality Planning, APQP)為基礎,建構出符合汽車產業之新產品開發流程(New Product Development Process, NPD),定義出各階段細部之工作項目與流程並加上六標準差設計(Design for Six Sigma, DFSS)的概念在其中,經由石英元件廠商之實際案例來說明驗證後,可供石英元件產業界導入應用。

Japan is the largest producer in the global quartz components industry. The rank of Taiwan’s technical capacity is between Japan and Mainland. As the development of automobile electronics in recent years, Taiwan want to reduce the gap with Japan’s and enter the supply chain of automotive industry. Therefore, this research want to proposes a new product development (NPD) process which will explain in detail the work and procedure at each design development stage based on advanced product quality planning (APQP) and design for six sigma (DFSS) of the automobile industry. Finally, this study uses a practical example " the quartz components industry" to illustrate the feasibility of this APQP process, and application APQP process could be implemented efficiently in quartz components industry.
