服務導向架構企業流程管理之探討 —以A公司為例—

摘要


企業導入電子化隨著企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resources Planning ;ERP)的風行而進入成熟高峰期,然而系統功能標準化參考模式(reference models)與最佳應用實務典範(best practices)導向的企業資源規劃系統隨著企業全球化與高度競爭的環境無法滿足企業的需求,企業內的流程(intra-organization business process)與企業間的流程(inter-organization business process)運用企業流程再造(Business Process Reengineering ;BRP)的觀念以宏觀的角度來檢視企業內應有的流程構面,例如:國際ISO品保制度、內部控制作業(Internal Control)等,透過資訊科技(Information Technology)的協助與支援,更能掌握核心關鍵流程,提升企業競爭力。 核心的關鍵流程可利用服務導向(Service Oriented)的觀念轉換成為企業重要的【共同商業規範邏輯】與【方法事件】,利用這些共同的商業規範(Business Rules)來提升企業流程管理(Business Process Management)並轉化為企業的策略性資訊系統,透過BPM系統的建置與企業目標策略願景連結,作業流程再造與變革讓營運模式最佳化,創造企業營運的最大價值。 企業營運最佳化、管理最具效益一直以來都是管理者思考的問題,競爭優勢的建立取決於差異化的流程管理,企業流程管理融入服務導向的觀念更能貼近真實的環境,透過差異化的流程轉化為營運智慧,經過不斷的學習與測試,即時產生服務化的資訊,讓企業更以快速、彈性、敏捷的方式來面臨外部環境的快速變遷。 本研究以文獻探討為理論基礎,對企業實施企業流程管理步驟設計、部署、監控作深入的探討,在研究方法上則以雛型系統實作的方法為主,為了具體的模擬該雛型系統的情境,並能符合目前企業實施流程管理的需求。 具體而言,本研究目的探討服務導向架構下企業流程管理應有的內容構面,期盼企 業界導入企業流程管理,協助企業利用資訊新技術專注於核心商業流程的快速改善並發揮ERP系統的優點與企業內部嚴謹流程制度實際結合。 關鍵詞:服務導向、企業流程再造、企業流程管理、企業資源規劃、內部控制作業

The computerizing enterprises reached to the mature peak with the popularization of ERP. The ERP with the reference models of system function standardization and best practices was not able to satisfy the demand of enterprise as the upside trend of globalization and competitiveness. The intra and inter organization business processes adopt the idea of BRP to survey the process composition such as ISO, Internal Control with wide vision. With the support and assistant of IT, the enterprise will be more competitively and the key process could be under control more easily. The core key process could be switched to the important Common Business Rules and Methods Events by the idea of SO. There by the BPM could also be promoted and switched to the strategic IS. By connecting BPM and enterprises strategic long-term vision and the revolution of process, the business pattern optimized and the greatest values are created meanwhile. Business effects optimization is always the main target, which all the managers aim to. The variation of process management decides how powerful the competitiveness is. The idea, which the business process management should be guarded by customer service, is closer to the real life. The information about service can be obtained immediately by the transmission from variable process to management intelligence and also by the continuing learning and test. Accordingly, the enterprise will face the rapid transition in flexible and efficient way. This research based on the literature discussion and thereby the implements of step design, deployment and monitoring. The fundamental method of this research is the embryonic form system, which simulates the situation concretely and can satisfy all the demand requested by the present implement of the process management. Specifically speaking, this research aims to study the necessary content frame of the process management guided by service. The adoption of business process management is expected and which assists the enterprise to concentrate on the rapid improvement of the core process with the new technology. At the mean time, ERP system could be allied with interior rigorous processing system very well. KEYWORD:Service Oriented、BPR、BPM、ERP、Internal Control
