瞳孔隨動畫影像調適的量化分析

摘要


現代人長期使用電腦並近距離觀看電腦螢幕,眼球已經在進行許多調適運動,時間太長會導致眼睛做更多的調視,造成調視痙攣,造成疲乏和眼睛疼痛而造成視力退化, 本研究設計一個成本低廉且使用簡單的架構來訓練眼睛並量測瞳孔調適的運動情形,利用動畫影像來引導眼睛進行眼球運動,將瞳孔畫面以視訊攝影機擷取,送至電腦運算、量化,以了解瞳孔大小與眼睛調適的相對關係,對於近視與電腦終端機症候群的減緩與驗證。實驗中所擷取的眼睛運動影像做二值化處理,得到瞳孔面積轉換成直徑大小。在實驗中使用實驗組與對照組曲線做直徑變化的比較,測試前後與臨床上電腦驗光的儀器做屈光度的比較,驗證實驗近視與電腦終端機症候群的減緩的正確性。

The advance of information technology has greatly extended the time that people stare at computer screen. There are more and more people suffering the computer vision syndrome due to long term usage of computer. The purpose of this study is to develop a simple and low cost measurement system for studying the computer use-related eye strain. The reaction of eyeballs while watching animation on a computer screen can be recorded and analyzed. The near synkinetic response of eyes was demonstrated by training volunteers to eye track moving objects on a liquid crystal computer display. Pupil size is evaluated by transferring each eyeball image into binary image, so the area of pupil can be easily marked out. A change in diopter of eye was also measured before and after the eye tracking experiment. The results show that even just stare at monitor screen for a short period of time, it still can cause a measurable effect on eye sight.
