隨著陽朔的觀光人潮逐年成長,連帶增加了住宿和餐飲的需求,地方政府看好未來觀光產業的發展,努力推動旅遊相關產業升級,因此吸引國際高級酒店經營集團相繼進駐投資。本研究與桂林陽朔山水旅遊開發有限公司合作,計畫於陽朔興坪開發精品酒店產品,為了創造具有市場差異性與區別性的住宿空間,定義「漓江煙雨人文渡假酒店」為提供一處具療癒功能的酒店環境,同時充分體現陽朔在地文化特色。 根據定義,本研究首先探究精品酒店與療癒環境之構成要素作為設計規劃的概念原則,接著,依據品牌設計團隊擬出的品牌定位和視覺系統,以及蒐集之在地特色元素,進一步研擬操作方向與空間規劃細節。在經過多次的會議溝通,依業主需求而反覆得檢討與修正後,提出符合品牌形象的酒店公共空間之布局、動線規劃和大廳的室內設計建議,最後利用空間模擬圖呈現大廳空間之意象氛圍,利於未來持續參與品牌建構和空間規劃實務的團隊運用參考,並期許療癒元素、品牌視覺與形象以及在地文化特色於漓江煙雨酒店公共空間下能完美交融,讓旅客在寧靜、簡潔的酒店氛圍下得到難忘、舒適的住宿體驗。
With the visitors to Yangshuo has grown continuously, it brings more demand of the accommodation and the catering. Local government feels confidence in the prospect of tourism industry, and trying hard to upgrade the tourism-related industries, thus, the international luxury hotels have been stationed in Yangshuo for investment. This study cooperates with Guilin Yangshuo Shan Shui Tourism Development Co., Ltd., and plan to invest a boutique hotel in Xingping, Yangshuo. To differentiate from competitors, we define the Misty Boutique Hotel as a space with healing effect, and also fully reflecting the cultural features in Yangshuo. On the basis of the Misty Boutique Hotel definition, first, this study explores the definition of boutique hotel and the elements of healing environment as design concept. Furthermore, we drew up the planning and design direction according to the brand position, brand image and local culture elements. After several meetings and discussions, our design team has corrected and reviewed the details to meet client’s demand. Lastly, this study offers the public space layout, circulation planning, and the lobby design suggestions, also presents each space by 3D simulation, hoping this study is beneficial to the brand building team and the spatial planning team, which continue to participate in future, as reference. We expect the hotel environment can fully combine the healing elements, brand image and local culture, let travelers get a memorable experience by soaking in quiet, relaxed hotel atmosphere.
