室內設計師與使用者之互動以居家空間之初步設計為例

摘要


室內設計的過程複雜且屬高消費,使用者在消費決策過程常感高度風險。因此業者必須強化本身專業範疇,更加了解使用者生活習性與消費心理需求,才能擬定正確的設計行銷策略方向。本研究主要是探討居家空間設計專案流程之「初步設計」階段,室內設計師與使用者互動行為。本研究目的:一、居家室內設計「初步設計」的專業表現的要點。二、為瞭解室內設計師溝通解決問題的方法。三、設計師專業經驗與使用者居住經驗對設計影響。四、設計師影響消費者心理行為因素。透過文獻資料蒐集及訪談分析,本研究得知,在設計師與客戶的互動溝通的行為問題為:一、居家設計行為問題。需求溝通、設計溝通、預算溝通及時間溝通。問題主要是住戶的專業知識有限、資訊提供不足、表達需求模糊、需求時常變換。二、住戶需求確認行為方向。室內建材、設計形式及空間機能為主要消費方向。當住宅動線、空間機能、形式美觀三方面之期望與實際需求達成共識,住戶便會決定「確認」設計定案,進而產生消費行為。三、設計師影響住戶消費心理行為。專業表現、內在涵養與外在形象。主要是設計師給予的第一印象,要能表現出專業的本質。四、設計師與使用者在互動溝通過程中所重視的需求順序為經費預算、時間、設計風格、維修保固。經由訪談結果分析發現在「初步設計」中有二個重點:一、客戶面談三個階段。二、設計師專業本質的核心。就整體而言使用者消費前期決策行為是啟動後續工作之關鍵,業者應適時的調整與客戶互動中的經營行銷策略,讓客戶能得到更滿意的設計服務。

The service cost of interior design is very expensive. The user has higher risk during the consumption decision-making process. In order to propose correct design-selling strategies, the interior designers must promote their professional knowledge, and understand user’s living habits and the psychological requirements. This research attempts to study the interactions between interior designer and user during the preliminary design stage. The objectives of this research are to investigate principles of professional performances, communication methods to solve design problems, design outcomes derived from the living experiences of both interior designer and user, and the user’s psychological requirements impacting by interior designer. Methodology of this study was interview, and seven interior designers were invited. The results indicate that there are four major communication forms between interior designer and user during the preliminary design stage. The first one is design behavior, which includes requirements, design, financial and time communications. The major reasons for misunderstanding are user’s limits of interior design knowledge, inadequate information, imprecise expression and changing requirements. Secondly, the user will approve the design requests when circulation, functions and aesthetics achieve their expectations. Thirdly, designer’s personal impression and professional performances will affect client’s decision. Finally, during the communication process, the priority made by both user and designer are budget, time, design style and maintenance. The findings also point out three stages of client interview and professional focuses of interior designer. All of which are important for the preliminary design strategies. In order to achieve better design services, the designer should adjust the strategies during the communication process.
