DCPD應用於瀝青鋪面路坑修補介面黏結改善成效

摘要


摘要 關鍵字:路坑修補、雙環戊二烯、介面黏結力、直接剪力試驗 路坑修補新舊介面處,在滾壓或是震動夯實時,容易會有夯實度不足的問題。瀝青混凝土孔隙率增加導致鋪面浸水性增加,使得瀝青混凝土耐久性下降。路坑修補施作前,時常會利用切割機切割路坑周圍路面。新瀝青混凝土填入夯實時,新舊介面處新材料與舊材料不能夠完整連結。路坑修復後,頻繁的交通荷載可能會使新舊介面處容易發生剪力破壞。因此有效提高路坑修補成效,延長耐久性,不只解決頻繁施工造成的交通問題,也能有效降低因路坑造成的安全問題。另一方面也能夠降低瀝青混凝土的廢棄物。 p-DCPD能夠透過高滲透性滲入修補的新材料與原道面的舊材料。能夠有效滲入瀝青混凝土孔隙中填補,使新舊介面因夯實度不足而產生的承載力不足問題獲得改善。由於p-DCPD能夠透過高滲透性滲入修補的新材料與原道面的舊材料,加上p-DCPD本身具備高韌性與高乘載性。能夠有效增加新舊介面處的連結性,使介面處受力行為一致。 經過本實驗研究p-DCPD應用在模擬路坑修補介面處,能夠有效的提高介面處的抗剪能力。使路坑介面黏結力提升,增加路坑修補後的耐久性與使用性。

Abstract Key words:patch repair、DCPD、binding of interface、direct shear test When the pavement is vibrating compacted or rolled, it is easy to have the problem of lacking compaction degree in the interface of path. The increasing porosity of asphalt pavement makes the water immersion increasing. It can make the durable of asphalt pavement decrease. Before the work of path, it is usually using the cutting machine to cut the pavement near the path. When the new material of asphalt concrete is filled and compacted, the new material of asphalt concrete can’t bind completely with old asphalt pavement in the interface. After the work of path, the frequently traffic loading can make the interface to have shear damage easily. Therefore, improving the efficiency of path and extending of durability not only solve the traffic problem from frequent road construction, but also reduce effectively the problem of safety by the road potholes. In the other side, it also can reduce the waste of asphalt concrete. p-DCPD can infiltrate the new material of asphalt concrete and the old material of pavement by high permeability. It can infiltrate effectively in the porosity of the asphalt concrete. It can also improve the problem of lacking bearing capacity due to the lacking compaction degree in the interface of path. Not only p-DCPD can infiltrate the new material of asphalt concrete and the old material of pavement by high permeability, but also p-DCPD is high toughness and high bearing capacity can increase effectively the binding in the interface of path. It can make the behavior of force to be the same. After the study that p-DCPD applies at the simulation of interface in the patch, it can increase effectively the ability of resisted shear force. It also can increase the binding of the interface, the durability and usability in the patch.
