台灣的經濟結構改變,不僅年輕人的價值觀改變,對其職涯的選擇亦產生影響。餐旅業進入的門檻低,因此企業雇用大量的兼職人員,而忽略了餐旅業的專業性,學校為業界人力的最主要來源,如果學校無法為業界培養產業所需的人才,無形中造成教育資源的浪費。本研究旨在探討實習生不同職涯規劃及個人特質在工作價值觀的差異,進一步了解工作價值觀與實習滿意度的影響效果。 問卷參考第一部份以吳鐵雄、李坤崇、劉佑星及歐慧敏(1996)以台灣大專應屆畢業生與大專畢業在職人員為研究對象,第二部份以林彥妘(2009)針對國際觀光旅館員工的研究問卷及第三部份為巫佳靜(2008)以台北市高職生為研究對象所發展的題項為本研究之問卷。研究對象以國立高雄餐旅學院四技制日間部餐旅學群、廚藝學群與旅遊學群的大四實習生,共計發出405份問卷,問卷回收336份,回收率83%。以因素分析、獨立樣本t檢定、變異數分析、事後多重比較Scheffe法及迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。 研究結果顯示,(一)不同的職涯規劃對工作價值觀有顯著差異,(二)個人特質部份,在「性別」與「科系」對工作價值觀有顯著差異。(三)不同的工作價值觀對實習滿意度上有顯著之影響。最後針對研究結果給予產業界及學界在實習、教學及學生職涯規劃輔導方面參考與建議。
The structure of Taiwan's economy has changed. Due to these changes, the work values of the younger generation are much different than before. The literature review showed that there was a strong relationship among work values, intern satisfaction and career planning. Therefore, understanding the relationship among work values, intern satisfaction and career planning of college students, can provide valuable insights for the hospitality industry. This study examined the discrepancy among career planning, demographic factors and work values of interns, as well as the relationship between work values and intern satisfaction. The sample population consisted of students who majored in Hospitality, Culinary and Travel. Three hundred and thirty-six valid questionnaires were collected. Factor analysis, t test, ANOVA, Scheffe methods and regression were used in this study. The finding of this study indicated that there was a significant difference in career planning between students with various work values. When examined by participants’ demographic factors, there were significant differences in work values by gender and department groups. In addition, work values were significantly influenced by intern satisfaction. Recommendations are given for human resource managers in the hospitality industry as well as hospitality educators.
