本研究主要目的在於(1)瞭解大學生在憂鬱傾向、社會支持及暴食症之現況。(2)探討不同變項之大學生在憂鬱傾向、社會支持及暴食症之差異情形。(3)瞭解大學生憂鬱傾向、社會支持與暴食症的關聯性為何。(4)瞭解大學生憂鬱傾向及社會支持對暴食症的預測力。 本研究採問卷調查法。以台中市、彰化縣與南投縣六所大學為取樣範圍,以多階段叢集抽樣方式進行,實得有效樣本494人。調查工具為「大學生健康狀況、社會支持度和飲食習慣與態度量表」,包括健康狀況量表、社會支持度量表和飲食習慣與態度問卷等三部分。依調查所得資料,以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關與多元回歸分析等方法,進行各項考驗分析。 本研究結果發現:(1)大學生的憂鬱傾向以男性或四年級與五年級(含以上)的組別較高。(2)大學生的社會支持以朋友方面的支持為主。(3)有1.6%為潛在的暴食症患者,且女性大學生暴食症比例較高。(4)健康體重或體重過重的大學生在暴食症上的狀況較嚴重。(5)大學生的憂鬱傾向與暴食症呈中低度正相關。(6)大學生的社會支持與暴食症呈中低度負相關。(7)大學生的憂鬱傾向及家人方面的社會支持對暴食症具預測力。 最後根據研究結果進行討論,並提出相關建議以供大學生、學校方面、輔導諮商人員及後續研究做參考。
The purpose of this study was to understand the current situations of college student in depression tendency, social support and bulimia nervosa; to examine if college students with difference gender, age, grade, and BMI have different depression tendency, social support and bulimia nervosa; to discuss the relation of depression tendency, as well as social support, with bulimia nervosa and analyze the predictor of bulimia nervosa. The study was conducted by questionnaires within the area of Taichung city, Changhua county, Nantou county. The number of valid sample was 494 obtained by multistage cluster sampling. Samples were tested with Health Status, Social Support, Habit and Attitude of Diet Scale. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and multiple regression were used to analysis the data. The study revealed that: (1)Males’, fourth-senier’ and beyond students have higher degree of depression tendency than other groups . (2)The sorce of social support are mainly from peers. (3)1.6% of the samples were potential bulimia nervosa sufferers and females took bigger part of it. (4)Severer situations of bulimia nervosa were found in students who were standard or over weighted. (5)There were significant correlations between depression tendency and bulimia nervosa; and between social support and bulimia nervosa. (6)College students’ depression tendency and family social support have the reliable predictor of bulimia nervosa. Finally, a discussion was preceded according to the results, and suggestions as well as references were provided for students, educational institutions, counselors and researchers to continue afterward researches.
