身體意象是重要的公共議題,瞭解影響大學生身體意象知覺落差因素有助學校防治策略的訂定。本研究旨在探討台灣大學生的背景變項(性別、家庭社經地位、與父母情感關係)、身心狀況(自我評價、憂鬱、身體病痛感)、與學習滿意度對身體意象知覺落差的影響。研究樣本乃取自臺灣高等教育資料庫之94學年度大三學生問卷,共計21,696人。統計分析方式包括描述性統計與二元邏輯斯迴歸。結果發現:(1)40.9%的大學生有身體意象知覺落差;(2)大學生自我評價低與學習滿意度低;(3)女性、自我評價低、有憂鬱傾向、身體病痛感高、學習滿意度低的大學生也為容易有身體意象知覺落差。
Body image is an important public issue, which is critical in informing schools on how to take educational precautions. This study aims to examine the effects of Taiwanese college students' backgrounds, mental and physical statuses, and learning satisfaction on their body image misperceptions. The study withdrew data of 21,696 college students from the Taiwan Integrated Postsecondary Education Database. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and binary logistic regression. Results of the study were: (1) 40.9% of college students have body image misperceptions. (2) College students generally had low self-esteem and low learning satisfaction. (3) College students who were female, had low self-esteem, depression tendency, physical discomfort, and low learning satisfaction tended to have body image misperceptions.
