越南台資銀行全球在地化的策略及其困境

摘要

隨著台灣經濟起飛，金融產業整併及自由化，台資銀行積極向海外市場拓展，越南因地理位置及台商群聚因素，變成台資銀行於東南亞地區發展的重要目標。本研究以越南台資銀行為主要研究對象，藉由目前越南金融現況及台資銀行在地營運狀況分析，試圖探討在越南之台資銀行除服務越南當地台商外，應如何調整持續擴大營運，以全球在地化為發展策略，並說明及其困境。

With Taiwan's economic growing up and the whole financial industry and liberalization of Taiwan-funded banks to actively expand overseas markets, Vietnam and Taiwan due to their location clustering factors become important goal Taiwanese banks in Southeast Asia development. In this study, Taiwanese banks in Vietnam as the main object, with the current financial status of Vietnam and Taiwan-funded banks to analyze the operating conditions, in addition to serving in Vietnam attempts to explore the local Taiwanese, but what should be adjusted in Taiwanese banks in Vietnam and continues to expand operation, and the global localization of development strategy and its predicament of Taiwanese bank branches in Vietnam.
