認知教練應用於國民中學教師教學之個案研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討認知教練應用於國中教師教學之情形,一方面瞭解教師教學上所遭遇之困境,另一方面則探究認知教練相關技巧在協助教師解決教學困境之應用情形。本研究採用質性研究,藉由教室觀察、半結構晤談等方式,和教師進行教學前的計畫會談、教室觀察以及教學後的省思會談。研究結果發現如下: 一、 個案教師在班級教學上的困境包括八個方面:教案與教材設計方面、班級經營方面、啟發學生學習動機方面、分組合作學習方面、作文教學方面、提問技巧方面、同儕專業成長方面、情緒與壓力方面。 二、 在認知教練技巧運用上,先與個案教師建立融洽、信任互賴的關係,接著透過計畫會談、教學觀察與省思會談,以不具價值判斷、正面假設其具有反思改變能力的引導式提問,並適時提供資源,安排共同觀課,協助個案教師省思成長並改善教學困境。 基於研究發現,茲提供建議如下: 一、對師資培育機構的建議 (一)強化修習教育學程者課堂教學的行動體系知識 (二)師資培育機構的回訓機制 (三) 善用認知教練的技巧,提昇教師的反思能力。 二、對校本教師專業發展模式的建議 三、對於教師的建議 四、對於未來研究的建議 關鍵詞:認知教練、個案研究

The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of cognitive coaching on the junior high school teacher’s teaching. On one hand, this thesis aims to understand the problems encountered by the teacher ; on the other hand, it also aims to explore the application of how cognitive coaching skills help the teacher with those problems. The research adopts the qualitative research method. By classroom observation and semi-structured interview, the teacher and the researcher had the planned interview before teaching, the classroom observation and the reflective interview after teaching. The following are the reseach results: First, the problems the teacher has with teaching include eight aspects: the design of the teaching plans and teaching materials, classroom management, the inspiration of student’s motivation, cooperative learning, composition teaching, the skills of asking questions, peer professional development, stress, and emotions. Second, for the application of cognitive coaching, The researcher build a friendly and trusting relationship with the teacher. Then, through the planned interview, the teaching observation and reflective interview, The researcher utilized the principle of no value judgment,asking questions of the assumption that the teacher has the abilities to change, timely provide resources and arrange the collective class observation, helping the teacher reflect, grow and improve the teaching problems. Based on the findings of the study, there are some suggestions: 1.The suggestions to the Centers for Teacher Education: (a)Strengthen the educational program students’ action system knowledge of class teaching. (b)Back training mechanism of he Centers for Teacher Education (c)Make good use of the cognitive coaching skills and promote the ability of self-reflection. 2.The suggestions to the teacher professional development of my school. 3.The suggestions to teachers. 4.The suggestions to the future research. key words: cognitive coaching, case study
