台灣保護性社工人身安全風險與自我照顧之探討

Personal Security and Self- Care : A Study of Protective Social Workers in Taiwan.

摘要

本研究採用質性研究方法，有六位家暴防治社工員願意參與本研究的訪談。
本研究目的歸納如下：
一、保護性實務社會工作者目前面臨哪些人身安全風險、人身安全對
社工員的影響為何。
二、其保護性社工人員對人身安全風險的自我照顧策略和經驗，機構
對於社工員自我照顧服務和策略。
三、目前自我照顧在台灣社工教育的情況。
四、透過本研究的結果與發現希冀能提供台灣社工人身安全風險與個
人自我照顧上的社會工作專業教育課程、制度或政策上的建議。

依據本研究結果，研究者提供以下建議：
一、未來調查研究社工員遭受人身安全問題，其內涵及類型都應擴
增。
二、評估或再評估機構和社工員的人身安全設備需求，以了解目前社
工員和機構的需求概況，再者，目前中央及地方政府已有社工人身
安全相關的計畫和規定，應確實的執行提供或補助提供人身安全設
備的計畫和規定。
三、建議社工員應每年接受人身安全訓練。
四、人身安全的教育訓練課程內容應多樣化滿足實務社工員的工作需
要，機構可以事前建立與人身安全相關的處理程序、規定、表格、
教育訓練課程、計畫等風險管理。
五、自我照顧的定義應擴大，如靈性和機構、政府方面，在社工教育
部分，規劃開設自我照顧的課程，提供自我照顧的教育和專業知
識。
六、機構每年應編預算，提供機構內之社工員多元且適性的自我照顧
服務。未來可以研究關於人身安全設備的部分，進一步了解機構的
人身安全設備不足或是人身安全設備使用上的問題。

This research is qualitative approach. Researcher invites six protective social workers to collect their experiences through in-depth interviewing. The purpose of this study is to
1. explore events of occupational security. What are the
influences of these events on six protective social
workers.
2. What strategies of self-care did six protective social
workers use.
3. Whether social work's education teaches self-care
knowledge or not.
4. This study' findings provide suggestions to social work's
education, social work' policies, social work' practice,
other social work researches.

Base on the results of this study, the researcher provides some suggestions as follows:
1. The definition and types of social worker's personal
safety should be broadened.
2 To assess or reassess the needs of organizations and
social workers about personal safety equipment. Government
should implement personal safety policy indeed.
3 The government and organizations should provide personal
safety's training to all social workers every year.
4 The planning of personal safety's training should satisfy
social worker's need. Organizations should plan personal
safety's rules, forms, and training.
5 The definition of Self care should be broadened, for
example, spiritual,governmental and organizational
aspects. In terms of social work's education,
planning a new course in self care to provide self care
knowledge for social workers.
6 Organizations should create the annual budget in self care
services to social workers, and these services should be
adaptive and multidimensional. To research about social
worker's equipment of personal safety. To try to find out
the insufficient or inadequate of equipment of personal
safety.
