本研究主要探討身心障礙者輔具使用的經驗,採取質性研究中的個案研究方法,針對台中縣市已經進入服務體系的身心障礙者進行深度訪談,受訪者共計七位身心障礙者與一位輔具服務的專業人員。研究者依據人與科技適配模式去檢視身心障礙者輔具使用的主觀性感受,藉由資料整理分析出: 在輔具服務資訊來源管道方面,可以初步以進入服務體系的時間點作為劃分的依據:1.在進入服務體系的初期成年身心障礙者與障礙孩童家長的資訊來源管道,普遍來自於服務體系的專業人員。2.在進入服務體系之後的四、五年,專業人員的建議逐漸淡化,成年身心障礙者與障礙孩童家長的資訊來源管道,將會逐步轉向其家人,透過家庭成員的互相協助,成年身心障礙者與障礙孩童家長均在多方嘗試過後,對於身心障礙者每日必須的輔具服務,有一定程度的了解與相關的常識,會開始嘗試自行搜尋其所需的輔具服務。 最後從研究結果提出幾點建議給予從事身心障礙者輔具服務的工作者與政府相關單位參考:使服務使用者了解輔具服務的意涵;整合輔具服務的資源;鼓勵專業人員與個案建立良好的互動關係;加強輔具服務對民眾的宣導;加強政府提供的服務項目更新速度;降低數位落差的影響;輔具廠商的協力開發。
The purpose of this qualitative study focused on disabled people’s experiences of using assistive devices, by using case study method to examine disabled people’s experiences in Taichung County and City that have entered into the service system. By using in-depth interviews technique, respondents of this study were a total of seven disabled people and one assistive device service professional. The researcher based on Matching Person and Technology Model to view the disabled people’s experiences and subjective feelings of assistive devices. After data analysis: When it comes to the sources of information about the assistive device service, it could be marked by the time point entering the service system as a basis for classification: 1. In the early stages of entering the service system, the sources of information of the adult disabled people and the parents of disabled children, generally come from the professionals of service system. 2. After entering the service system about four or five years, professional’s advices gradually fade out, the sources of information of the adult disabled people and the parents of disabled children, would gradually turn to their families. Through family members to assist each other, the adult disabled people and the parents of disabled children were after several trials and errors, they would be gradually aware of the necessary services for the disabled people. They would begin to try their own search to acquire assistive device services. Finally, the results from this study bring up several proposals for those who are engaged in assistive device services for the disabled people and the relevant government units of reference: to enable service users to understand the meaning of assistive device services; integration of assistive device services and resources; to encourage the professionals to have a good interactive relationship with their cases; to enhance assistive device services with general public; to enhance the update rate of services provided by the government; to reduce the impact of the digital gap; to enable assistive device manufacturers work together to develop assistive device.
