基督教老年信徒成功老化經驗之研究

本研究意在探討基督教老年信徒成功老化之經驗。通過質性研究的方法，邀請三位信仰基督教的長者，以半結構式訪談進行資料蒐集，從中瞭解基督教信仰如何幫助他們在生理、心理、社會參與和靈性四個方面得以成功老化。三位研究參與者皆是六十五歲以上的基督教徒，并有著豐富的成功老化經驗。本研究在探討過去相關文獻後，通過半結構式訪談蒐集研究資料。經過對資料的深入了解與分析后，再對資料進行有條理的歸納。在進行歸納與整理後，本研究以五個核心主題詮釋出研究結果，五個核心主題分為：（一）三位基督教老年信徒的生命經驗；（二）基督教信仰對老年信徒生理健康的影響；（三）基督教信仰對老年信徒心理心態的影響；（四）基督教信仰對老年信徒社會參與的影響；（五）基督教信仰對老年信徒靈性意義的影響。透過五個核心主題詮釋研究結果後，再與文獻作對比，有根據地討論與引出研究發現。最後，研究者亦向基督教老年信徒、非基督教老年信徒與基督教團體作出建議與呼籲，希望老年人在黃金歲月裡能活得更加快樂、自在。關鍵字：基督教信仰、老年信徒、成功老化

This study is to explore the successful aging experience of elder Christian believers. By the method of qualitative research, the researcher invited three Christian elders and conducted in semi-structured interview to collect data. Through their narration, it helps to understand how Christian faith assisted them physically, mentally, socially and spiritually to attain a four dimention success in aging. All of the three participants are 65 years-old Christian believers, who have rich experience in successful aging. The study collected research data through semi-structured interview after reviewing the past relevant literature. The researcher understood and analyzed the above data deeply and then summed up methodically. After induction and classification, the researcher interpreted the research findings through five core themes, which are (a) the life experience of three elder Christian believers; (b) the impact of Christian faith on the physical health of elder Christian believers; (c) the impact of Christian faith on the mental health of elder Christian believers; (d) the impact of Christian faith on the social involvement of elder Christian believers; (e) the impact of Christian faith on the spiritual meanings of elder Christian believers. After interpreting the research findings through the above five core themes, the researcher compared with the literature and then made disccussion and results accordingly. Finally, the resercher alos made recommendations and appeals to elder Christian believers, non Christian believers and Christian groups in order to assist the elderly to live a happier and more comfortable life in their golden age.
