德希達的解構理論及其在政策解讀上的應用—以台灣核四政策為例

摘要

本研究透過德希達的解構理論將核四政策視為文本，並對核四政策進行分延，發現人們對核四政策解讀上所界定的意義。即「核四停建/核四續建」中的「/」符號即「意指作用」，會隨著詮釋者所引用的思考脈絡不同而有完全不同的意義，而在這樣具有無窮無境的無限可能意義中，並非是要指出那一個意義是真的，那一個意義才是真理。最重要的研究價值是要經由這些脈絡分延的展現來顯現核四政策在偶變性與弔詭性中可以「如何可能」，這亦是呈現出政策的弔詭與分延的精神意義所在。
因此德希達的解構理論對於核四政策的意涵，即以多元開放的思考格局特性，來觀察核四政策在多元論述下的眾多可能脈絡，並在不斷的分延、持續解構過程中、不斷的以「去中心化」之思維態度，來瓦解吾人長久以來根深蒂固的「邏各斯中心主義」以重估核四政策，並提供核四政策議題的不同研究方向與思考觀念。然而最終要強調的是，解構不是一種虛無的態度，這是在沒有真理的後現代社會中對任何事物所展現的積極探索態度。

Abstract

This research regards Fourth Nuclear Power Plant Policy as the text through Jacques Derrida' s Deconstruction theory and difference to Fourth Nuclear Power Plant Policy, and finds the meaning that people define to on the Fourth Nuclear Power Plant Policy interpretation, that is, the symbol, “/” in “Fourth Nuclear Power Plant stop construction/ Fourth Nuclear Power Plant re-construction” symbolizing “mean”.
However, it will have totally different meanings with different interpreters who adopt different thinking ways. We will not intend to indicate which is correct and which is true in the limitless meanings. Most important of all, the value of the research shows how Fourth Nuclear Power Plant Policy works in the contingency and paradox through the context differance, and this also shows the spirit of the policy of paradox and differance.
Thus, we can observe the various contexts of Fourth Nuclear Power Plant Policy under multi-interpretations and openness to thinking through the meaning of Jacques Derrida' s Deconstruction theory to Fourth Nuclear Power Plant Policy. Also, it deconstructs long rooted Logocentrism through the attitude of constant difference, deconstruction, and decentralization, reevaluating Fourth Nuclear Power Plant Policy and providing it with many different study ways and thinking. Moreover, we need to emphasize: deconstruction is not the attitude of emptiness, and it shows the positive attitude of exploration to things in the postmodern society which is no truth.
