近十年國民教育階段有關特殊教育設置之研究

摘要

本文以全臺各縣市國民義務教育階段特殊教育之相關統計，探討87-97學年度間地方層級之分配密度。文中首先觀察特殊教育學校部分，然後為一般學校附設特殊教育之情形，最後再整合以上兩者資料加以討論。而各部分資料首先觀察特殊教育相關之基本概況、以得出縣市差別之初步結果，然後透過累積密度函數與Gini係數，計算身心障礙類學校數與班級數分佈、平均每身障學生之學校數與班級數等結果。其結果顯示，城鄉縣市間有其落差。

We in the paper compute the recent decade on the affiliation of special education of Taiwan at compulsory education level. The number of relevant special education data in each prefectural area, and the density of special education school or class are collected. The density of special education school and class per pupil are poised. Using these indices, we conclude that the offer of special education at compulsory education does exists the difference between urban and rural areas in terms of the density of school and class distribution, but going to poised.
