收養家庭父母在不同家庭生命週期親職角色經驗之探究

摘要

本研究旨在理解探討收養家庭在不同家庭生命週期時，收養家庭父母親職角色之經驗，以期進一步瞭解收養父母在「收養前期」、「嬰兒期」、「學齡前/學步期」、「兒童期」、「青春期」，五個階段親職經驗之樣貌。藉由個案研究深入瞭解育有親生子女之收養家庭中的親職經驗。以半結構式的深度訪談蒐集資料，進行夫妻個別訪談，所得文本採用質性研究法進行資料分析，研究結果分為兩部份：
一、收養家庭親職之特殊議題
（一）為人父母期待的調適在收養準備中具有重要的意義
（二）收養家庭特殊的親職困境
(1)對收養者身世及天性的負面歸因
(2)收養父母對收養身份的不安全感
(3)育有親生子女突顯手足競爭之議題
(4)面對收養子女試探行為的困境
二、社會文化對收養家庭有著正負向的影響
（一）社會文化型塑收養父母的角色使親職責任變得更加沉重
（二）收養家庭需要社會資源的協助：親友支持、專業資源、社會正向眼光
文末針對收養家庭父母、政策服務介入的契機，以及相關議題提出建議與省思。

This study is to discuss the parenting experiences in an adoptive family life cycles, and through a profound case study, to further understand differentiating parenting roles in each phases of the family life cycle, such as the pre-adoption phase, infancy phase, toddler/preschool phase, childhood phase and adolescence phase.
The case study, where the adoptive family nurtures a biological child, provides experiences and information gathered through in-depth interviews. Using analysis by qualitative research methods, the major findings of this research are as follows:
1.Issues unique to parenting in adoptive families:
(1)The adjustment of expectations to be parents plays a significant role when preparing for adoption.
(2)Dilemma faced in parenting in adoptive families:
i.Negative attribution to the family background and nature of the adopted child.
ii.Sense of insecurity felt by the adoptive parents in terms of adoptive identity.
iii.Having a biological child intensifies the issue of sibling rivalry.
iv.Facing the behaviors to sound parents out from the adopted child.
2.Social culture has both positive and negative impacts on adoptive family.
(1)Social culture models the adoptive parenting roles and gives harder responsibilities.
(2)Adoptive family needs social help, including family supports, professional resources, and positive and encouraging viewpoint.
In sum, this study proposes suggestions and reflections to adoptive parents, the opportunity for public policies services, and other issues.
