本研究旨在探討實習教師與實習輔導教師不同性別配對中,實習輔導教師所提供的師徒功能對實習教師在班級經營、工作投入及教師專業承諾的影響。本研究以100至102學年度具有師資培育資格,並曾於全國各國民小學實習的教師為研究對象,採便利性抽樣進行調查,調查資料以描述性統計、成對樣本T檢定、Pearson積差相關及階層迴歸等方法進行資料分析,根據分析結果,歸納出以下結論: 一、教師實習制度中,實習教師與實習輔導教師不論何種性別配對,實習教師皆會獲得較高的工作發展及適應與角色楷模功能,獲得最低社會支持功能。 二、教師實習制度中,實習教師在接受實習輔導教師的指導過程中,獲得的工作發展及適應功能越高,在班級經營的表現就越高。 三、教師實習制度中,實習教師在接受實習輔導教師的指導過程中,獲得的社會支持功能越高,在工作投入的表現就越高。 四、教師實習制度中,實習教師在接受實習輔導教師的指導過程中,獲得的角色楷模功能越高,在教師專業承諾的表現就越高。 五、教師實習制度中,男實習教師和女實習教師皆會從女實習輔導教師身上獲得較高的工作發展及適應與角色楷模功能,社會支持功能則獲得最低。 六、教師實習制度中,男實習教師和女實習教師皆會從男實習輔導教師身上獲得較高的角色楷模功能。 最後根據本研究結論,進一步說明教師實習制度的實務意涵及未來研究之建議。
The objective of this study is to research and understand the effect of the classroom management, job involvement and teacher professional commitment in the mentoring function of different gender combination of supervisors and interns. The survey sampled from the intern of educational practicum program between 100 to 102 years, and used the convenience sample to collect data.We used the descriptive statistics, paired-samples t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation, and hierarchical regression analysis to analyze the survey data. Based on the analytical results, conclusions were drawn as follows: 1.In the educational practicum program, regardless of gender combination of the supervisors and interns, interns receive more career development and role modeling functions, but receive the least psychosocial functions. 2.In the educational practicum program, the more career development functions are received by the interns, the better classroom management are shown by the interns. 3.In the educational practicum program, the more psychosocial functions are received by the interns, the better job involvement are felt by the interns. 4.In the educational practicum program, the more role modeling functions are received by the interns, the more teacher professional commitment are shown by the interns. 5.In the educational practicum program, the male interns and female interns are received more career development and role modeling functions, but received the least psychosocial functions from female supervisors. 6.In the educational practicum program, the male interns and female interns are received more role modeling functions from male supervisors. Finally, based on the conclusion of the study, further explanation educational practicum program and suggestions for research were proposed.
