勵馨基金會家庭暴力事件服務處督導實施之探究

摘要


社工督導實施是一個動態的過程,督導者、受督導者、環境或組織等因素皆會影響督導實施之結果。家庭暴力事件服務處因工作場域及其倡導功能具特殊性與挑戰性,更突顯社工督導角色功能的重要。 本研究旨在探究勵馨基金會家庭暴力事件服務處之督導實施,以深度訪談蒐集勵馨基金會所承接之家庭暴力事件服務處七名社工督導的經驗,研究目的在於瞭解家庭暴力事件服務處社工督導工作實施現況、督導實施之成功經驗與關鍵因素,以及探討督導實施之困境與因應策略,並根據研究發現提出具體建議,供實務工作夥伴參考。本研究採用質性研究取向,研究發現可歸納為六項:1.專任社工督導機制有其重要性;2.建置督導實施手冊有其必要性;3.督導應視「倡導發聲」為使命;4.督導需借力使力,以凝聚團體動力;5.督導者需與受督導者建立信任關係;6.讓組織成為推動搖籃的手。 最後,建議組織應建立清楚明確的督導機制與制度,並協助建置督導實施指引手冊,以健全社工督導實施所需之資源與協助。

The implementation of supervision and is a dynamic process. The factors of supervisors, supervised social workers, context and the organizations would affect the results of supervision. Due to particularity and challenges of the workplaces and advocacy functions facing the Domestic Violence Services in District Courts, the importance of roles of supervisors is thus highlighted. This study aims to explore the implementation of supervision of Domestic Violence Services in District Courts by The Garden of Hope Foundation. Through in-depth interviews, the researcher collected and gathered the experiences from seven supervisors in their fields who handled the domestic violence cases. Apart from understanding the implementation of supervision, this study also explored the key factors of successful supervising experiences, and found out the difficulties and responsive strategies during the supervising process. Based on the findings, the study made some concrete recommendations. This study adopts qualitative approach and six major findings were as follow: 1. The supervision mechanism of full-time is extremely important. 2. It is necessary to establish a manual for the implementation of supervision. 3. The supervisors should consider ‘advocacy’ as the main mission. 4. Supervisors need to put forth their strenth by shifting direct force so as to gather the groups together. 5. Supervisors should establish trustful relationships with those who are supervised. 6. Enable the organization to be an edge tool for making things move forward. In order to strengthen resources and assistances needed for the implementation of supervision, the study finally recommended that the organization should establish a clear supervision mechanism and system, and establish a guiding manual.
